The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed and an air conditioner, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet, air conditioner and futon. Note: A third air conditioner has been added on the 2nd floor. A few blocks to downtown, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence, parks, river trails, and shopping.

It's located behind the main house which I reside, but don't let it fool you. It is a quite, private place, with lots of character. When walking in, you get that cozy cottage feel that will make you feel right at home.

Welcome to my house, Rosita! Come make yourself feel at home in Little Chute. Walking distance to downtown LC and Doyle park, and a short drive to get on Highway 41 for easy access to Green Bay, Appleton, and more. This is a personal residence, and as such is stocked with most things you would need to feel at home. There are some projects that still need to be done but with a couple longer trips planned we wanted to open it up now in case it could help anyone's stay in the valley!

Relax at Union Utopia, our home in a walkable neighborhood near downtown Appleton and Lawrence University. Perfect for a family or several couples, this home has 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size memory foam mattress. The living area on the first floor is large and has a gas fireplace and cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas stove and dishwasher. The second floor contains all 3 bedrooms, a beautiful 3-season porch, and recently remodeled bathroom.

Suite

This serene property offers a soothing escape for guests with its relaxing feel of country living while being just a few mins off the highway and easy access to the rest of Appleton. Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 8 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.
