Kihachikan South Nozawa Onsen

Kihachikan South is a luxurious and homely family chalet. It has three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one smaller single room. The light filled, open plan kitchen and living room features a locally made oak kitchen that includes a Miele oven and induction hob and Miele dishwasher. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the main amenities including; a rice cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and full cooking utensils should they be required. The comfy sofa seating area focusses around a cast iron pellet stove and the latest Bang & Olufsen television and sound system including live feed from the ski hills and Netflix. The daily readings from the traditional barograph will keep you ahead of the weather apps …….. possibly! The bedrooms maintain a traditional feel with shoji windows, wooden beams and authentic wall coverings with the addition of discreet blinds, wooden flooring and western style beds. The bedroom wardrobes in Japanese oak were made to order in Nagano. The bathrooms include walk in showers with locally made hinoki shower benches. The upstairs bathroom with both slate and wooden flooring also contains a separate seating area and large bath tub. The upstairs bathroom enjoys great views over to Togari and Mount Myoko. Dyson hair dryers are supplied in the two main bedrooms. The artwork throughout the Kihachikan South is a mixture of original Japanese woodblock prints and an extensive collection of original 16th & 17th century antique maps of Asia. Kihachikan South has a Miele washing machine and separate Miele clothes dryer.The ski, board and boot room is downstairs and shared with Kihachikan North and contains snow shoes for guest use (when available).

Guesthouse Rin is located at the edge of a rice field that spreads north of Nagano Prefecture at the foot of Mt. Kurohime.We renovated the building that was used in the warehouse of the farmhouse while leaving old wood. This is a private rental accommodation where you can spend quiet time under the thick beams that have withstood the wind and snow for a long time. 　Shinano town is blessed with mountains and lakes.There is a sup and canoe at Lake Nojiri, and a forest where you can bike and forest therapy by the lake.In winter, you can also enjoy the world of silver and winter sports. 　When you have time, I also recommend taking a leisurely stroll through the rice rice streets that lead to the distant ridge line. About 10 minutes from the Shinanomachi Interchange, there are many attractive sightseeing spots around Joetsu, Shiga Kogen, and Togakushi. The kitchen was also equipped with cooking utensils.If you choose delicious vegetables grown with the rich water blessings of Mt. Kurohime at the roadside station or nearby supermarket, I think you can enjoy cooking. There are 2 beds in the loft and 3 sets of futons in the back room. Surrounded by farmland, we sometimes hear the sound of farming, but please be aware.

Mökki means “cottage” in Nordic Finnish. Please spend your favorite time in a quiet space separated from everyday life. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho in northern Nagano Prefecture, blessed with forests, lakes and snow. There are nature-rich sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi in the vicinity. The building of the pioneering era was renovated fashionably with plenty of natural materials such as pure cedar, cypress and plaster.We also paid attention to the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the back of the building, there is a forest with a stream, and you can enjoy a walk in search of the blessings of nature, as well as swing hammocks.In the east house by the river, you can enjoy BBQ and bonfires without worrying about the weather. In the green season, as a base for hiking, biking, fishing, and sup golf, the snow season is also a great base for winter sports, including skiing and snowboarding. We had a shower room this season!Even if you have small children, it's safe!You can go when you want to get in! Centrally located, you can go to the slopes, hot springs, and restaurants without a car.Good for family, friends, group stays for families, friends, groups for renting outWe hope that you can renovate the traditional residence in Nozawa Onsen Village and feel the comfort and timeless time while it is simple and functional. Our building has a drying room in the basement and a guest room on the 1.2 floor with a kitchen, living room and bedroom.Baths are also within walking distance of the outside hot water and hot spring facilities. There is also a shower room in the hotel. There is a kitchen so you can cook and there are plenty of places to eat because of the many places to eat. 2 min walk to bus stop for slopes 5-minute walk to nearby slopes There is a private parking lot for one car.

This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)
