Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Relax in this unique home in idyllic and quiet surroundings in the middle of nature. There is a private garden with a barbecue. The guest house has a functional kitchen and everything you need. Incl. duvets/bed linen, towels, etc. and WiFi. There is an outdoor bath with hot water and toilet access in the main house. The coastal path is just outside the house, a 10-minute walk from Gudhjem and bus connections.

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.
