Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

The beach house is a super cozy house with large enclosed garden, three terraces and perfect location just 100 m from Melsted Beach and 1 km along the cliff path from Gudhjem harbour. Here you get tranquility and amazing nature, while staying within walking distance of Gudhem's steep streets, the harbor environment, restaurants, supermarkets, visitor farm, Food Cultural Centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. The house contains all modern necessities, but at the same time embodies the original charm from the time it was built as a summer house in 1938.

Small cozy apartment on 1 floor in old fisherman's house from 1850 in Svaneke town. The apartment is located in a quiet street with sunny garden, close to the harbor, and the beautiful rocky coast with coastal path to Listed, and only 250 meters to the square. There is a double bedroom, a living room with a lounge with a wood-burning stove and a sofa-bed at one end, and a dining kitchen at the other end. From the entrance hall there is access to a small terrace with evening sun and garden. There's a toilet with a shower.

Welcoming and wonderful holiday home, high located in Gudhjem Holiday park on sunshine lake Bornholm overlooking the beautiful Baltic Sea. A very well-maintained and invitingly bright, with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Lovely living room with new and well-maintained kitchen starting from 2 terraces so you can have sun or lean all day. The holiday park offers large free pool area, sauna, playground, football field etc. A short walk along the beautiful cliffs and you are in Gudhjem town with all its shops and restaurants.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. New Kitchen (2022), spacious bright living room with fireplace. Theres is access from the living room to a lovely furnished terrace facing south. Fast WIFI(fiber). Entire ground floor of a large historical house in the center of Gudhjem. Lots of character and near to all the shops, restaurants and bars. We live on the top floor with our cats so are around to help with whatever you need but your space is completely separate with private entrances.
