From here you have only a few minutes walk to the beach, and the harbor is only a 10 minute pleasant walk away. In the summer months you can swim and sunbathe by the large outdoor pool. ALL guests also have free access to Gudhjem Swimming Hall during their public opening hours. In addition, the holiday park has a playground with a bouncy castle to the great delight of the children. Cozy architect-designed wooden house by the sea

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy a fantastic holiday in the picturesque fishing village of Melsted. Stay in absolute peace and quiet, a stone's throw from a lovely beach and only a kilometer from Gudhjems' vibrant gentlemen. Our lovely merchant's house of 180m2 has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. A 2000 m2 large and completely enclosed garden invites for fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Lovely villa centrally located in Svaneke, 3 minutes walk from Svaneke Torv. The villa has a large southwest-facing terrace from which there are panoramic views of the beautiful Vigehavn, Hammersletten and a rock garden. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the ground floor (with access to the terrace). Private parking. The house is lovely and functional, but an older house (not newly renovated, e.g. two well-functioning bathrooms of older date). NOTE: Cute cat is included and must have food and drink daily.

With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus and Hammerknuden. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Lovely villa with sea view and shelter.

6 km to Boderne beach and centrally located on the island is this lovely 1 level house with plenty of space inside and out. The house is spacious with a large double bedroom, 2 children's rooms with adult bed, a large bathroom, guest toilet, large dining room, and not least, a large garden room with TV. Outside there is a covered terrace to the west with 2 sleeping places, large garden with football goal, 4 hammocks and playground with swings and trampoline. We have 3 cute cats who would love to pet and have food.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

First row villa with large garden and small annex

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life jackets that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a table tennis table in our basement.
