Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

A 2000 m2 large and completely enclosed garden invites for fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life jackets that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a table tennis table in our basement.

The exterior of the house is displayed, showcasing a two-story structure with a dark roof and white walls. A balcony is visible on the upper level, surrounded by greenery and rocky outcrops, creating a natural connection to the surrounding landscape.

We make a virtue out of using objects with history, and you will find things from French castles and modern Danish design.

Landidyl on North Bornholm 2 kilometers from the Baltic withdrawn country house with a unique location in the beautiful and quiet Hops Valley. The house is located with a view of fields and open expanses and has an exciting large garden. The smithy in Humledal is only rented on a weekly basis and only to guests without pets.
