This is perfect place in the center of the historical city from where to all main points “must see” is only few steps. Enough space for big family, two bedrooms and even it is very old building but the cleanest was perfect. We enjoyed by apartment, city. As this was our second visit to this Airbnb we would certainly recommend it for a short or long stay in wonderful Gubbio. It is ideally situated in the old town and very comfortable and charming. Specially appreciated the coffee machine. We hope to be able to visit a third time.

Giancarlo's apartment is very welcoming, clean, quiet, with all the necessary comforts, but above all it is located in the center of Gubbio. So it's ideal for those who want to visit this wonderful city. Parking is free and within walking distance of the apartment. We spent a short but very pleasant weekend.

Five stars for the Romantic Suite apartment, located in the oldest district of Gubbio. The location is strategic, only a few minutes and we were able to reach the places of greatest interest. Mrs. Sabrina is very kind and always available, the suite is very cozy and well furnished, so advice, advice, advice !!!!

Great accommodation in the center. Close to public parking (a few minutes walk). Definitely recommendable. Precise and punctual indications of the host and of those who deliver the apartment. The heating is entrusted to heat pumps that are a bit noisy (it is therefore advisable to let them go during the day to heat the house well so that they can be turned off when you go to sleep: in this way you sleep in absolute peace while being in the center historical city). On foot you can reach everything you need and what to visit in this beautiful medieval city. I would definitely go back and therefore recommend it.

Our Medieval Suite was very cool. I will never forget the excitement of driving through the arch of the fortress and our first impression upon walking through the front door of our suite. It was like walking into the ancient past. It was everything we expected and much, much more! The surrounding community was nothing short of magical, with so many lovely shops and eateries located among countless nooks and crannies of historic significance. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We look forward to returning to Gubbio in a couple of years with our entire family. Bravo Barbara for being such a fantastic host!

We absolutely loved this suite! The pictures don’t do justice. Barbara was such a great host. She was very informative and clear on directions and locations to eat. We wanted to eat something more traditional and she knew just the right place. She even showed us how to make our own espresso. lol. Not to mention she helped us roll our luggage from our car to the suite. Something she definitely didn’t have to do. 100% I would stay here again. :) Thank you so much!

I have been using Airbnb for over 5 years now and this was absolutely the best experience I ever had. The unit is just amazing and full of character; the service was also astonishing. Federica organised her cousin to meet us outside town and drive us through Gubbio to reach the unit. In the morning we had a girl bringing us fresh pastries and to set-up breakfast for us. This is just the best experience and best accommodation we ever had!

I had no idea how much we would love Gubbio and this amazing home. We came to Italy looking for evidence of my husband’s grandfather, who was born nearby in Costacciaro. We picked this home in Gubbio because it looked nice and was relatively close to Costacciaro. Wow! We were so surprised. Federica was so helpful and communicative. Her home is GORGEOUS and in such an amazing medieval location. The hospitality was amazing, from the greeting to the quick responses to the lovely, BEAUTIFUL breakfast. We felt like royalty. It’s hard to say we will definitely be back, since we traveled all the way from California, and yet all six of us are really, truly hoping to. You will never regret choosing this home. It is seriously one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Thank you so much!

This home is the BEST accommodation I have experienced. Located in the center of a beautiful medieval town, Vescovado is like a museum. The house itself is a historical site and is in the most central location. You could travel to Gubbio and never leave the house because it is full of local artwork, ceramics, maps, linen, wine and many other things. The house is HUGE, and easily accommodated our group of ten. In fact we had a family party with 27 people, and were able to host them in lavish style with all the dinnerware, flatware and cooking needs. A beautiful continental breakfast is included in the cost, including fresh croissant, espresso or latte, prosciutto, cheese, cereal, yogurt, granola, cookies, juice, etc. Frederica even arranged for our family to be waiting for us upon arrival. The house is SPOTLESS, with plenty of soap, detergent, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, towels, blankets, etc. We wanted for nothing. My children had a beautiful time playing a the garden which provided a breathtaking view. I don’t think anything can top this dream home or the wonderful town of Gubbio. Bravissimo!

We struggled to find Cheti's house because it was in a dark and poorly signposted street, but we were warmly welcomed! The room has a private entrance and also a private bathroom, Cheti was very kind and precise in giving us advice about the city and where to eat. The center can be reached on foot in the summer or by car as we did in 3 minutes, really comfortable! Cheti also offered us breakfast with a smile! We were sorry to stay only one night, but if we return to Gubbio we will know where to go!

You will find a very cozy, warm and inviting home with very thoughtful touches and all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The only downside is there isn't a washer available but I'm sure Stefania can direct you to one and to be quite honest with the proximity to the town and local conveniences we were ok with that. The host was wonderful, the home was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, it was in an awesome location and we've been there two years on a row. What more is there to say? :)

She met us personally to show us the apartment and was the sweetest host! s She speaks Italian only so knowing a few words will help you. She always answered our questions promptly. The apartment location is very walkable to the historical part of Gubbio. I would definitely stay here again, you find more hospitable host anywhere!

Nice and cozy place with a great breakfast offering. Although the host didn't speak English, we had no issues with communication and we fully understood how to get around. Stefania’s apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The large terrace is perfect for sitting out and enjoying a wonderful view of Monte Ingino and the Basilica of Sant’Ubaldo perched near the top. Medieval Gubbio (within the city walls) is no more than a 3-minute walk away. Everyone we encountered in Gubbio was friendly. There is a Conad convenience store on the same street as the apartment, and a very large Coop about 10 minutes away on foot.

I 10000% recommend this Airbnb to anyone interested in Umbria. You will not find a better location, a more gracious, accommodating host, or a better town than here. Anna Lisa’s place is quite cute, very centrally located, and easy to find! It is a quaint space, but any traveler can appreciate just one night, or even a extended stay here. Anna Lisa even went above and beyond, and helped facilitate a surprise for me (local meats, cheese, bread and wine, and the biggest surprise- flowers!!). It was so kind for her to go out of her way to provide everything. The hot tub is great, and the views are outstanding. I genuinely miss Umbria already!!! I will 100% be back!

We loved Anna Lisa’s cottage. It was a perfect spot to explore Gubbio and Umbria. It was clean, well-supplied, and had stunning views.

Anna Lisa's place is an absolutely beautiful cottage overlooking Gubbio. Anna Lisa and her husband were the perfect hosts, greeting us in the square and bringing us up to the cottage and bringing us to our transportation at the end of our stay. We were provided with some cooking necessities and food/drink to enjoy during our stay. Anna Lisa was very responsive in answering any questions or concerns and even gave us a recommendation on where we should go to enjoy a delicious dinner.

Beautiful house in a dominant position on Gubbio. Large olive grove that stretches below the city walls that integrate with the property available to the guest. The house is spacious clean with all the comforts, a nice bonus is the Jacuzzi. Ideal for a couple weekend but also for families. The only flaw is the photos that do not give justice to the residence. Anna proved to be very helpful in "catching up" for check-in since we were lost to Gubbio.

Spacious private apartment in the middle of the countryside just minutes from Gubbio by car. Stefano was helpful and quick to communicate and to check in, he lent us the bikes to go around, including the Via Francigena which passes a few meters from there, and gave us useful information and links on Whatsapp to eat and park the car. Fabulous apartment overlooking one of the main streets of Gubbio, quiet, comfortable for everything (you can drive with the car under the house until 11, then the road becomes pedestrian). Warmly recommended to immerse yourself in the Middle Ages but with a modern, clean and very welcoming accommodation.

Hands down, Monia is the best host I have ever met, and I have met a few excellent hosts already. First of all, she is a superb and efficient communicator. She is also very thoughtful, which you can spot on how the flat is furnished and supplied. She also helped us with the parking. The flat was very clean and very cozy. It is in the old town, in about 1 minute walking distance from the main square. The place is not super big, but it's perfect for a couple, but there's also a single bed of needed. My warmest recommendation, if you have a chance, go for it!

Well-kept, clean and hospitable accommodation. Wonderful view, large and comfortable spaces. Structure located in the large well-kept garden of a farmhouse located in the hills not far from Gubbio. Great place to visit the surroundings and make excursions in the area or simply relax. Friendly and helpful owners and super warm welcome from their pets. Highly recommended.

Diego’s place was really quaint and squeaky clean. There were 4 of us and though the apartment is a top floor mansarda, there was plenty of room. Diego is so kind and helpful... always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. His mother makes a delicious torta that we enjoyed immensely over the course of the 3 days we were there. The location is awesome... directly outside the main entrances to the historical center. If we have an opportunity to return to Gubbio, we would hope Diego’s place is available again!.

Diego is a great host. Cosy and sweet apartment, very clean, thoughtful touches with everything we need! Comfy bed, good kitchen, even Netflix :) 8 minutes walk from centro storico. Great communication with lovely Diego. Even tasty pie from his mamma, which we appreciated! Thank you Diego!

We stayed in this beautiful attic in 4 adults and 2 children from 30-12-2018 to 01-01-2019 and I must say, that to give a summary opinion on the holiday, there are simply three words to summarize everything: "SIMPLY THE TOP ". Thanks Diego.

Diego was kind, available and available for our every need. The apartment was warm, welcoming, clean and provided. In addition to coffee, milk and tea for breakfast, Diego offered us a delicious homemade tart. The historic center can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Excellent experience.

Diego's home is in a great location, a stone's throw from the center and with ample parking facilities. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed in the fall, only one night in two people. A special thanks for the good "mother's cake"! We will definitely be back

We absolutely loved our stay at Gino’s place. The hospitality was unparalleled! Gino puts so much care and love into the details of your stay to make you feel very comfortable and at home. We enjoyed lounging by the pool with a glass of wine, and cooking dinner in the lovely kitchen. Gino had a crib set up for our baby boy. He set up the fridge with items for breakfast, a bottle of wine, and even surprised us with sweets on our last day! The place is large, and extremely clean. There are so many good things we could say about our stay here. It’s a very short drive into Gubbio where we enjoyed exploring the city. We highly recommend staying here! Thank-you Gino!

A really clean and comfortable, spacious flat with a fabulous outside space with swimming pool and outside building. Daniela and Gino are the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. We were invited to a party, they taught us how to cook Italian food, the girls even went to yoga with Daniela. Gubbio is a beautiful place with plenty to see and do in surrounding Umbria. So many fabulous memories you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended!

The place is exactly as described. Large enough for a family of 5, calm neighbours and great outdoors. There are tons of things to do and visit around Gubbio and Gino has given us lots of tips. When in the house, we spent most of our time in the garden and pool. But what made our staying unforgettable has been Gino and Daniela hospitality, which went beyond expected. They went long lengths to help us and girls won't forget the wonders of the cooking lesson. Thank you very much.

Hello everybody Gino's accommodation is just right for people who want to enjoy their peace and want to be for themselves. A bit out of the way, but no problem with the car. You can feel and move at home. The accommodation offers just about everything you need. Kitchen with full equipment, pool, pizza oven / grill, room to play etc. Shops can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Beach possibilities are about 45 drive away as well as attractions. For us it was a good location and recommend it to others. Gino and his wife were always helpful and very friendly. It was a very nice time with them and with them. That's why you deserve a good rating. PS: Also dog-friendly

Wow - we had a fantastic time staying at Ginos house! The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and also local to shops and the town for eating out. Gino and Daniela are perfect hosts. We had a wonderful time sitting in the sun and using the pool. They were available if and when we needed them. We were very lucky to have lunch made for us on one of our days and we had a cookery lesson one evening too which was brilliant. They are very welcoming and always on hand to answer questions or help. We even got sandwiches on the day we left to have at the airport which we really appreciated. Gino and Daniela also took us for a quided tour around Gubbio on our last evening. Brilliant hospitality, perfect hosts, 5 big well earned stars. We will miss the view and perhaps one day return to Gubbio to see Gino and Daniela again.
