Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
