New Riverfront Condo With Balcony in the City's Heart

Slumber soundly in a bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets and room-darkening curtains. Start the day with a workout in the gym and a cooling dip in the pool, then head back for Keurig coffee and breakfast in the kitchen while viewing the 55" Roku TV. This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A large HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. A large Smart Flat Screen TV in the livingroom. This unit is on the 2nd floor and it has a balcony from the living room that overlooks Riverfront Parkway & Parkway Pourhouse. The guests will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym , pool and clubroom in the community. We are available via phone or text or even email during your stay! If you prefer we meet you when you check in, we will happily accommodate but for the most part, we leave you be to enjoy your stay privately! Take an easy 10-minute walk to the TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater and Children's Museum. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well, with Parkway Pourhouse and Scottie's on the River directly across the street. Catch classic events at nearby Ross's Landing. This condo has 1 dedicated parking space in the lot and then free parking on the street. This area is a short walk to the heart of downtown, easy access on and off the freeway, and plenty of Uber & Lyft drivers just minutes away. Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below as well as the unit above you.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.
