Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
