Very quiet, cozy and stylish apartment by the stream. Old building with wooden and stone floors. New bathroom and new kitchen. A mixture of old and new decorated with a lot of art and culture. In summer you can relax on the partially covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. More than half of the garden is close to nature, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses. In the cold season you will be greeted with a crackling fire in the stove and supplied with firewood

You will love my place: Bavarian coziness, a comfortable bed (140 x 200), a well equipped kitchen, the fireplace, a generously covered balcony, the peace, of course the mountains and lakes... On the street in front of the house, can be parked free of charge. Since we have had a lot of trouble with guests and their four-legged friends lately, we unfortunately do not accept guests with dogs. Thank you for your understanding.
