Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Nestled away on the edge of the Meadows and river, you are only a 2 minute walk to all the fine eateries, quality retail shops, and places of interest, that this vibrant market town has to offer. It's 600 listed buildings and wonderful architecture are a delight to see. Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and bedding. With a private bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and towels. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.

Stylish 1 bed Flat - Stamford

Flat3 is part of a recently refurbished old stone building. This is a stylish, ground-floor flat only a few minutes walk from Stamford's historic town centre, with it's many wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and fabulous Georgian architecture. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area, double bedroom and separate toilet /shower room.

Private rural accommodation with parking & garden

Barnack is a tranquil village 3 miles from the historic town of Stamford. There is a gastro pub in the village & other pubs / cafes to explore close by. The annex is completely private to the main cottage and is ideally situated for beautiful walks, or as a base if working in the area. I have a separate entrance to the main cottage, on-hand as required.

The Lavender Room is a beautiful, luxury, private ensuite bedroom in the heart of Stamford. There is private access and small courtyard outdoor seating area, in a well kept garden. On-street parking is available. Hosts are available to support, should you have any requests during your stay.
