Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland.
