We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Tranquil Tide truly lives up to its name. This cozy little gem felt like a peaceful escape, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was serene and comforting, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the charming décor to the generous extras provided. The courtyard was an absolute dream, with a soothing fountain and magical string lights draped through the trees—it felt like something out of a storybook. One of my favorite parts was the collection of DVDs, which brought on such a warm sense of nostalgia. Every detail added to the experience, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I’m already hoping to return!

We're a family of 5 from Chicago and had a fabulous spring break here. Sunset grill on the property and Los Amigos a few miles away were the highlight restaurants and the beach right on site was perfect. We day tripped to St Pete's beach (arrive before 10 am to get a parking spot) and Busch garden - both about 40 min away.

Spacious with lots of fun things to do. Brock was a great host and when we realized my son lost something at the house, they searched for it and mailed it to us- amazing! Really great place with good people taking care of it. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. My boyfriend had a blast fishing all weekend. We caught some catfish and even saw dolphins swimming. 10/10!

My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Linda is a wonderful host, super responsive and her space is absolutely amazing! Perfect for a nice peaceful beach getaway, having the beach at your doorsteps is unbeatable! Great views of the sunset every night as well. This space is one you will never forget!

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Loved the balcony and view from upstairs.

Kristi’s condo was nothing short of amazing! The view from the large balcony was incredible and we spent much of our time out there. The inside is beautiful, comfortable, and updated and has everything you might need during a stay. There was always plenty of space on the beach and you can’t beat the convenience of the condo being right there. The location is perfect, being close to great restaurants and bars, but also quiet around the condo so you can really relax. Kristi was very communicative and only a message away if we ever needed anything. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. This is easily one of the best condos we have ever stayed!

Yan's property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. checking in was good, and they were readily available. the location can't be beat, with nature park and beaches close by.

Nicky’s guest home is absolutely perfect for your vacation. Even better than expected! So lovely and charming, and the best location for access to local shops and restaurants. Nicky and her husband are also extremely nice and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity. Don’t hesitate to book! You will be happy you did!
