Older style house , but very comfortable and clean. Walkable to Pacific Fair shopping centre, about 10 minutes. Responsive host. Good value.

Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful garden and local birdlife. Really couldn't be any closer to the beach, quiet and serene neighbourhood, well positioned not too far (but not too close) to shops and the highway. Well maintained, clean and provisioned unit - modern facilities, comfy, has coffee, and is well setup as a base for exploring or for a time-out just relaxing - indoors and out. Perfect for our weekend - loved it.

A wonderful stay in a picturesque setting. Brett’s attention to detail with this space is worth every penny. Perfect staycation, cosy has all the amenities you need and more and even more perfect in Gold Coast sunny winter days. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Great for families or groups. Everything you need and added bonus of beach frontage. Amazing sunrise and sunsets just perfect. Great beds and facilities. Highly recommend. And it’s our 2nd time staying.

My family and I had a great holiday at Joanne's air bnb, we have a toddler & baby who loved it too. Beautiful view! Only feedback would be to maybe relocate the coffee table being glass for when guests with kids stay as would hate for it to break or an accident to happen, we moved it to the side to allow more room for my toddler to play in the open area! We will be back! Love it x

Absolutely amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the balcony — we could watch both the sunrise and sunset right from there, each painting the sky with breathtaking colors. At night, the city lights created a magical view that we couldn’t get enough of. The beach was just a short walk away, making morning strolls and evening beach visits so easy and enjoyable. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend this stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Sandra's place is fantastic. Wonderful apartment over looking the Broadwater. Great public space nearby to relax and enjoy. Sandra herself was very warm and friendly and provided essentials to get you started upon arrival which was great! Two things that were exceptional was PLENTY OF TOWELS AND TOILET ROLLS WOOHOO!!! Nothing worse than only two towels for a total stay period. Thanks again Sandra, we'll definitely be back soon. Regards, Todd 🙂🙂

Absolutely loved our stay at this great apartment. The hosts were responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for every step. The apartment was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and the view was stunning. The bed was comfy too, which was a big plus. Would highly recommend this lovely place.

Wow, wow, wow. Words cannot describe how beautiful this apartment is. The location is amazing and the views from the balcony are stunning. The apartment has everything you need, beds are super comfy and if you don't want to cook, there are fantastic cafes and restaurants all around. Beautiful pool area, looking straight out to the ocean. Highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. We didn't want to leave and will be planning another trip as soon as possible!!

A beautiful place to stay with lovely ocean views. It was nice and close to Tedder Ave where all the cafes and shops are and a block from the beach. The apartment had everything I needed.

The accommodation was just as described and in immaculate condition. Louise was helpful all the way through and went above and beyond for us.

Accommodation was stunning - gorgeous views and thoughtfully chosen decor. They had everything you could possibly need provided for a beachside stay and the location was walkable to the beach, restaurants and markets on a Sunday morning. Would highly recommend!

Patrice’s apartment was so amazing the location and the view just blew us way. We highly recommend you stay here as you will not be disappointed. Patrice gave us clear check in instructions and these were really easy to follow. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the Gold Coast
