Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. Entfliehe dem Trubel der Stadt und genieße die ländliche Ruhe mit idyllischem Seeblick und wunderbarer Badestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

The cozy apartment is located in our own house. It has its own entrance. The apartment has an outdoor area with a grill and fire pit - with wonderful views over the Mecklenburg meadows and forests. Cranes can often be seen and heard in the immediate vicinity. Located on the edge of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and not far from the Warnowdurchbruchstal, there are many excursion destinations for nature, handicraft and history enthusiasts.

The 65 m² apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished with stylish furniture, it is located in the attic. However, the fully equipped kitchen does not have a water & waste water connection, for which a dishwasher is available in the bathroom. You can reach your large bathroom to the apartment through a small hallway, the hallway is also access for the guests of our other apartment. Please look at the floor plan in the photo gallery.

Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
