The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Slavka is a great host. Very kind and dear. The accommodation was great. The location is great, everything is nearby😅 We will definitely come again 👍🏻

Marina and her husband have created a little gem here. It was a very friendly welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained to us. The mobile home is well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Rest is the program here, at least in the time we were there. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and also right there. In Privlaka itself there are many good restaurants and a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are just around the corner. And to Zadar you need about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic there. For us, it was a dream vacation. We found a small home away from home for us. And will come back next time. Marijan's mom lives right next to the place, so if you need help with anything, you can reach out to her right away. Our stay went perfectly, the apartment has everything you need. It was colder in the apartment in October, but we were counting on it.

The apartment has recently been renovated and the two bathrooms are new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has private access to the sea and sunbeds are also provided. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside. The sea is beautiful. The location is very quiet, perhaps the only problem is the distance from the villages, the nearest supermarkets are more than 20 minutes by car. Anna's dad was always very kind to us and always available to meet our every need. Very nice experience.

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

What a lovely family. They'll leave you totally alone unless you need them, and they'll be there for you right away. The view of the sea in beautiful. Its sunsets are phenomenal. The garden is full of different fruits. Who the owner lovingly gives to you. We'd love to come back.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Lovely host, really goes out of her way to make one feel at home. very professional. We were also lucky enough to experience an amazing pizza party where we got to eat real Neapolitan pizza. Overall, we got everything we could want, rooms, food and fantastic location.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, in great condition. The location is extremely convenient - on the edge of the centre, so the busy evening life in the town can be enjoyed after a pleasant walk within 5 minutes, but the accommodation is quiet and private. Mrs. Vesna is very welcoming, attentive and caring. Highly recommended!

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Our stay with Smiljana and Buco was perfect for our one night in Paklencia. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Buco was very helpful and responsive. He personally met us in the driveway to show us the room and make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home, especially with its proximity to the national park, a mere 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.
