Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

A large kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own hearty meals, however Kelso has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes.
