Each cottage has a separate entrance. The common area is a large heated pool and playground available to all residents of the resort.

The house is designed in a seaside climate with attention to detail. It can accommodate six people. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a large bed, and a mezzanine. The open living room consists of a sofa bed that serves two people, a large dining table, and an equipped kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and oven. The cottage also has a fireplace that can be used in the fall period – from September. Outside, there is a large terrace and a private grill.
