Accommodation located on the 4th floor without elevator, in the heart of downtown Rouen. Very clean accommodation, matches the photos, pleasant. I recommend it!

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly resolved by Anthony). Too bad there was a little delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

Cecile is so responsive polite and kind. I loved staying at her cute place. It’s very clean, near bakeries, sights and a grocery store.

I stayed at Cedric's for a work trip. Cedric is very attentive to his guests and cares about their well-being. The apartment is spacious and very nice, located opposite the cathedral in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is however very quiet and everything is available on foot. The cross-ventilated apartment allows you to not be hot in the event of a heat wave. Tastefully decorated, it felt like home! There is no elevator but the stairwell is wide, no problem to unload luggage. There are parking spaces nearby, it's very convenient. Anyway, I'll be happy to come back! Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

we spent 2 very pleasant days. The typical Normandy house is charming and has a beautiful, very well maintained garden. Finally, Fabienne is very friendly and extremely welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the jacuzzi to the pool, to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. Sylvie was an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and of rare kindness. She did everything to make us feel comfortable, and that was from the moment we arrived. Everything was planned for the comfort of my 9-month-old twins as well as for my 8-year-old son. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back! We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

Really nice apartment in a residential area it is very quiet with access to a pleasant garden area. It is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The private parking right outside the door was also much appreciated. Steven and his wife were very friendly and responded really fast to questions. The transport links were easy to the main town with buses and a train station (Park & Ride) easy to get to. Small downside for us, there is another accommodation upstairs which we could hear noises from the guests upstairs but just only the first 2 nights of our stay.

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It'll be at Swan's or nothing!

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

We stayed 1 night! Great accommodation and peaceful environment! We recommend it. 😊
