We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Every moment we spent in this house was precious. The stunning view and the beautifully landscaped garden, clearly designed with great care, were truly breathtaking. We felt deeply connected to nature during our stay. The Woolworths was just 12 minutes away, making grocery shopping very convenient. There were also plenty of nearby activities like visiting waterfall, dam and enjoying hiking-there was never a dull moment. Our family truly fell in love with this place and would absolutely love to stay here again.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

We absolutely had a great time staying in this beautiful home. 3 nights was not enough and we wished we had stayed longer! The place was spotless and clean. Surrounded by beautiful scenery everywhere we looked. Amenities well provided. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment room! Big sized Tv and sofas for everyone! And they loved feeding the cute little ducks that come by often. Overall, this place is such a dream, will definitely be back if we visit Perth again!

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

The house was a beautiful home where I spent five days recovering from surgery. It was the best choice as it wasn’t only just beautiful and clean. It was super comfortable, relaxing and had a lovely salt crystal lights and oil burner it filled your wellness cup as soon as you walked in. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. It truly is a lovely place to stay if you’re after a bit of peace and quiet in tranquil settings.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely time! We travelled in a group of 9, with 5 kids! They loved the house so much, and the view is just perfect. The house is very clean and welcoming. We had a small issue with the bathroom but Lee remained contactable and gave multiple solutions to suit our comfort level. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay, Mel was very helpful with any questions we had and checked in to make sure we were going ok. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The granny flat was a big hit, and they had so much fun feeding the cats. It’s a beautiful home, full of character, and the space is so cleverly used.

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

Helen & Mark’s property was stunning! Really well maintained and looked after! The tiny house was at the back of the property and while easy to get to with the instructions, clear drive way and signage they have created it felt private from the main house with beautiful trees and the clever layout. And while the bed, linen, heating, shower etc were all extremely comfortable, it was no means luxury, but nor was the price! It was extremely clean and we felt very snug and able to relax. The surroundings were excellent with beautiful country side and while only 1 hour ish out of Perth we really felt in the country! The animals were such a bonus! The horses and dogs were so lovely and Helen helped us pat them etc Helen was an absolute delight and we could have chatted to her for hours! Such a beautiful person! Although we loved chatting, she definitely would have left us alone if that’s what we wanted. They never interrupted us or intruded on our stay.

Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The house is phenomenally well-appointed, so we immediately felt very at home, and realistically could’ve arrived empty-handed (there’s games for the kids, a cabana and kayak for the beach, wireless phone chargers on all the bedsides, and the kitchen is even stocked with everything you need to blend, bake, and barbecue). The beach is also only a short stroll away, which meant we could easily nip down several times a day without any fuss — even with a pram, toddler, and pooch in tow. For anyone travelling with small dogs, the garden is completely enclosed by solid walls, which is a big bonus, as there’s no way for them to escape (plus the rear deck gets warm sun all day too, which our little sausage basically napped on for 3 days straight!). It’s a bit cliche to say, but we’ll genuinely come back to stay again.

Brilliant location, far exceeded our expectations. Great cafe nearby super friendly, great service. Options to head out for a walk or head further to Pinjarra to the best French Patisserie. 10 of us stayed 4 nights for our 7th annual girls trip. This was the best house so far. So much room for quiet reading or hanging out with the whole group. Everything you could want to cook including a roast for 10 with all the trimmings. The out door area with lounge and fire pit is next level - and no words for the view. We spent a lot of time outside chatting, watching the view and saying hello to the locals as they wondered past. Rooms were beautiful and far from the main areas so those that like a sleep in weren’t disturbed. Overall no complaints and highly recommended

We had such a relaxing stay. It was a beautiful, peaceful spot but still so close to the town centre. It allowed us to have the perfect balance of lounging around the house and getting out and about. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing house. We will be back!
