Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Quiet and special apartment for a weekend getaway in the bustling center of Rotterdam, temporary work or symposium visit, for 2 to 3 people and 10 min walk from Central Station, close to museum quarter and nightlife, the Doelen and the Schouwburg. The apartment has a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. On the street side is a private entrance and at the back an entrance to the beautiful garden.

Hier is ook een zeer diverse winkelaanbod Noorderboulevard omgedoopte Zwart Janstraat en Noordmolenstraat en in het aanliggende Zwaanshals met het Noordplein en de gezellige zaterdagse Oogstmarkt als hoogtepunt. De binnenstad van Rotterdam is op loopafstand (20 minuten).

Very nice apartment with a big garden where you can relax in a hammock or chill in the loungeset if you want. New bathroom with very nice rainshower and infra-red sunshower you can use for free. This apartment is near the city centre (10 min by car or by bike) There is also a metro station nearby (10 min by foot) There is a lovely park, some shops, a bar/ restaurant and supermarkt only 10 minutes away by foot.

Vroesenpark is only a two-minute stroll, perfect for a morning jog, coffee or a picnic. You’ll also find a supermarket and a variety of restaurants right around the corner.
