This is a studio unit below our residence, providing the convenience of having us nearby whilst ensuring ample privacy for both you and us. We are just a stone's throw away, there are no connecting doorways to your unit so other than the odd time we may cross paths at the front gate, we trust you will be able to enjoy your stay with very little disturbance. We are here to assist you when needed, we hope you have a relaxing stay and enjoy our Garden Baths between Rotorua's many beautiful site's.

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with a Giant Flemish bunny, chickens and our 7 year old Labrador Rex. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & heaps of love for our home

The local amenities include a cafe, a well-stocked superette, bakeries, a chemist and post office all within walking distance. Rotorua centre is only a short, ten minute drive around the lake.

Family Friendly Rotorua

The private self-contained unit is in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Lynmore, Rotorua and on the doorstep to the mountain bike and walking trails of Whakarewarewa/redwood forest. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and netflix. The accommodation is central to the main attractions and the center of Rotorua is a 5 minute car ride away. Check-in is 4pm during the week, and 2pm on a weekend, all other days is 2pm. We may be able to accommodate earlier check-in upon request.

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

A well-kept yard features a manicured lawn and a blossoming cherry tree, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The stone feature stands nearby, complemented by the light-colored exterior of the guesthouse. A clear blue sky enhances the tranquil setting of this residential area.
