Beds are comfortable with fresh linen. Extra blankets provided. Had the heat pump going for an hour and once turned off the place stayed warm and Cosy. Lots of towels available for use. Cafes are close.

A lovely stay at the cottage. Easy lockbox entry though I accidentally set off the alarm. The kitchen has pots, pans, tea, oil, salt pepper etc, cozy well styled living space, and comfy bedding with choice of firm or soft pillows. Portacot and high chair available, handy if travelling with a baby though beware upstairs floorboards creak. The place looks like the photos, perhaps better! but what you can't see is the cottage is on the same premises as a main house, only 20m away. The cottage living and kitchen looks onto the main house front entry and large windows to their home, this didn't bother us too much, overall the owners made themselves scarce but unfortunately we were woken up by people knocking loudly and repeatedly on the main house front door at 11.45pm, which alarmed us thinking they were knocking at the cottage. Also to mention persistent smell of sulfur which is to be expected in this area, but fine inside with the doors closed. Overall very comfortable.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The place is a bit old but still nice and comfortable overall.

Had a great stay here. Guoda had very clear and precise instructions for check-in, one of the most simplest check ins that we've stayed at. Very accommodating to our last minute booking and the lady at site was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A modern refurbished apartment with great furnishings. Only 5 minutes drive to the center of Rotorua. The place was absolutely spotless and plenty of spare towels, toiletries etc. Grant was a responsive host and our stay couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend.

Jade's place is a lovely option if you're staying in Rotorua. Quiet and just outside the town makes it relatively accessible via car. There is a really good bakery at the corner end of the street as well, which was a plus point for us! Jade even provides board games that can keep you entertain for a night in.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Joan’s place! It was so nice coming back to the spacious lounge room after a long day and relaxing on the big, comfy couches whilst watching the TV. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would definitely stay at Joan’s again if we were to return to Rotorua.

A beautiful loft well appointed, cosy, stylish and in vogue with memorabilia of Lake Tarawera. Enjoyed the park like setting, my dog loved it & his basket plus doggy snacks. Enjoyed the eggs x

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Grants place wad as per expectation located centrally. It had cosy feeling and we had a great time. Will recommend to all.

The place is really accessible it's easy to reach from the airport. The place is quite the private. The owner is friendly and kind. Plus there are cats in the property which is nice. Only downside for me is the Wifi which is spotty.

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Apartments! The place is very nice, with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and large bedrooms—all immaculately clean. It’s located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!
