My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We stayed there for 2 nights for a ski trip as a group of 6. The host is super nice and responsive. the amenities are so nice. The weather and views is also fantastic. We had so much fun at there with the board games provided.

Shelly‘s place was very beautiful and they thought of everything that one could possibly need to have a pleasant stay!! The outdoor landscaping and pond was amazing. There was so much to do and such a cute place. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend it!!

Cozy, Quiet & Sanitized

Had to be in town for a few days of appointments. It's quite a drive for us, so I decided to book an AirBNB. I booked Kathleens place after learning that my go to BNB was occupied during the time that we needed. Kathleens place will just have to go on my list of BNB options in the area. The place was more than I even expected... I don't think the listing does the space justice. I will admit that if you are after brand new, squeaky clean, sterile conditions this might not be the place for you. It was absolutely clean in every way that mattered but had a vintage cabin charm that you just cannot get with "sterile" We felt right at home, and I would not have it any other way. I was able to DoorDash some groceries and make pancakes in the morning! I forgot a couple things but found that the things I needed had already been left in the kitchen. What hotel could we have done that at? Kathleens place is a great example of what I love about AirBNB. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Our stay at Owl Ridge was great. It is so peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a place that is private -or a “staycation” away from home- this is a great place to stay. There are also plenty of restaurants in Wausau if you want to get out of the house. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics for cooking and grilling (bring your own food, seasonings, etc).

A well-equipped kitchen features wooden cabinetry and a patterned backsplash. Appliances include a white oven and a microwave. Natural light enters through a window above the double sink, while under-cabinet lighting adds illumination. Counter space is available for meal preparation or dining.

Had a great stay , wonderful hosts . Rental is as described , comfortable and anything one could need is close by. Family neighborhood in the heart of town. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing that HOUSE vibe w/privacy . Thanks guys.
