Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is 250 meters from Söderåsen National Park and on the same side as the national park. Close to the bus stop and free parking for a car. In the house there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with five beds in a bunk bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table. New dishwasher 2023 and new oven August 2024. Two toilets. Shower in the basement and washing machine, new 2024, in the same space. Large table, sofa as well as armchair and fireplace to burn. Newly built wooden deck at the back of the house.

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Röstånga vång - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!

We have built the lodge with the purpose to have place that solitude with nature. Place to relax from the busy world and get into the rhythm of the wild. Wild life and nature in the area is mesmerising with no dangerous animals (no bears or wolves). Additionally, we have lovely sheep grassing in the field next to the cabin. Lodge is located away from the main house and the road, what gives full privacy in peace and silence. It is equipped with everything necessary to welcome quests.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Its 170 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, toilet and a large activity room can comfortably fit 7 guests. Hiking in the beautiful national park, swimming in the lake of Oden, dinner at the popular restaurant Stationen and canoeing are just some examples of things to do in the area that make Villa Haga a great vacation destination.

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.
