Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Such a Hallmark Town with the brick drive and the Vintage appeal from that local shops was so welcoming. I wished I had time to visit the shops during the day. I will make it a point to look for the availability of this loft, every time we come through the area.

Place is great, was very clean and well stocked. The HVAC is mini splits and worked great. Place has more space then the pictures show and there is plenty of parking. We loved staying at Pam’s cottage! It was close to our family’s home in Winchester and had beautiful scenery! My kids loved playing with the ping pong table and exploring outside. We enjoyed watching butterflies and birds and even had a deer come down the driveway at sunset.
