Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

It was very nice and very comfortable. The location to the sea is great, but the small courtyard also offers relaxation. The reception was very friendly and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Parking was also not a problem .. either in front of the front door for 6 euros a day or around the corner under the tree for free. Shopping, food and gelato... all within a short distance. Thank you and we will be back.

Honestly this place was absolute heaven. I plan on staying here every time I come to Viareggio if I can. I had only been to Viareggio years ago for the Carnevale parade and had no idea what to expect for this beach holiday but the space and town was better than we could have imagined. And the bikes were great.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

We had a very relaxing vacation with Valerio and his family. Everything needed was available. If something was missing, Valerio helped out immediately. We were lucky and were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony outside the front door, as the neighbors were not there or were still asleep themselves. The property is quite remote, so you definitely need a car.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

highly recommended!! Ilaria offers spacious accommodation with a terrace and an exclusive laundry room. Close to all amenities, i.e. beach, restaurants, and the center of Marina di Cecina. Delightful and super nice person, ready to meet every need and request. Personally, having a 6-month-old baby, I found everything I needed in the accommodation. I couldn't have asked for more. Very spacious house and cared for in every detail. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Sandra is a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The Blue house is something special we thought. It exceeded our expectations even with lovely photos. It is perfectly situated with easy beach access, good local parking and the train station nearby for other trips.

Great location, 2 min from the beach. Very clean and really everything you need was provided and more. Topped by the warm welcome and service by Giovanni and his wife and brother! They are amazing and go far and beyond for their guests! They let us check in earlier and arranged the car for us to get to Pisa (there is no Uber). Thank you for everything! Amazing sunsets!!

Great place and Samuele is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and the marina. The outdoor balcony is small - as described - but given the beach is a few steps away, one doesn’t miss out on anything. Great beach clubs around and Samuele is also connected to one which was very helpful. Overall, great stay and thanks to the hosts.

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and even more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, anything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, tablets for the dishwasher... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!
