Rade is located on the direct border of Hamburg between Nordheide and Altes Land on the southern city border of Hamburg. In 15 minutes you can reach Hamburg City via the A1. Rade belongs to the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and entrance, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.
