Vacation rentals with beach access in Rosemary Beach

Super cute, clean, easy, safe & comfortable —all the things. This is an apartment complex in a very high traffic area with a floor above so be prepared to hear footsteps and outside ambient noise.

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

The bunny hole was a great little place to stay, perfect for two people. The location was perfect in a very short walk to the beach. I highly suggest this spot if you’re looking for a getaway.

Loved our stay! Salty Sunsets was exactly what we needed for our PCB trip. Being right on the beach was amazing. The location couldn't be beat for convenience. The place itself was spotless, cute, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The hosts were super accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely stay again!

Jackie’s place was perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, in walking distance both to the pavilion at The Villages/Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including beach chairs which was a great surprise because we thought we’d have to go without since we didn’t rent any on the beach. The beach tram was a great service, with the stop right outside of the unit making beach access so quick and convenient. Jackie also messaged a thorough and thoughtful list of local recommendations, which was a wonderful touch! We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jeb provided great instructions and made us feel welcome. Joshua was very responsive when we had an internet issue and it was solved right away. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

This is a very nice home for families and groups. The beach, fitness center and tennis courts were just a short walk away and the home is close -but not too close- to town. We used the pool everyday and found the kitchen well equipped. Excellent home for your next family vacation.

Had a great stay! This studio condo has everything you could need, it has beach chairs on the patio, kitchen supplies, and even a cute bookshelf for beach reads. This was my second time at this building but first time staying on the ground level, and I appreciated walking right out to the pool (no elevator needed). While this building is older and kinda dated and worn, the location is amazing! That’s why I chose it again this summer. It’s literally right between all the cute shops & restaurants of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. Again, Joseph has a cute little studio — I will note that the queen bed was very comfortable and it had some sort of trundle bed underneath. So this could work for traveling with a young kid. Enjoy!

Family with three teenageers, we really enjoyed the home and the area of 30a. The host does it the right way and the home is decorated very nicely. We felt safe in this area, even when we let the kids walk to get icecream or go out on the bikes and go to the beach. Everyone had their own room and the upstairs had a nice area where the kids could hang out, play videogames, and relax on the baloncies. The pool is nice, the tram is convenient and the villages with shops and food is a very short walk.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Debby was a great host that provided clear instructions and was very communicative throughout the whole process. The location is hard to beat; walkable to countless restaurants, downtown Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach access and a nice stroll/bike ride to Alys. The unit really is placed in an ideal location. We will definitely try and book with Debby and this unit in the future. The unit had everything we needed and was very function!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach-front view, updated interior, spotlessly clean, easy parking, nice pool. Kevin was very friendly and responsive. Lived our stay.

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

We stayed in Ryan’s and Megan’s place for a week. When we checked in the place looked just like pictures. Super clean, smelled great and super convenient for our family of 4. I liked how leyout was. The location was super convenient. Very walkable to everything. Surrounded with great restaurants and cute shops.Beach was only 5 minutes walking which was great for a quick walk. Megan was super responsive and checked on us to make sure we were all good. I would highly recommended this place and would stay again. Thank you for everything 😊
