Beautiful new wooden house (2021) on one level, with an area of 76 square meters, located in the village of Roscanvel in the peninsula of Crozon. House overlooking the sea, well exposed and quiet, ideal to recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends. It is less than 200 metres from a strike and less than 500 metres from a small beach. Close to the GR 34, the nautical center and the supermarket. You can also kayak and paddle from the small port of Roscanvel!
