Cozy house, well decorated and well equipped. Amazing view of Silveira Beach. Thomaz was attentive, he always responded whenever we requested. I just felt that it was missing more bath towels. All the rest is great.

We love our stay. The house is a charm! Beautiful incidence of light and well ventilated. With a quiet environment, great shower, large bed, beautiful decor. Feeling of well-being. With easy communication, check-in and check-out took place simply and smoothly. A great experience.

Home is exactly the same as in the pictures, our days have been relaxing. The view is sensational and watching the sunset in the bath is p peak. Would come back more often for sure

It was one of our best experiences on Airbnb! The spectacular house cleaning, smells, great bedding, comfortable beds, distribution of the wonderful and super-equipped house. We were with baby and we had everything we needed, cradle, bathtub, pool without chlorine. Anyway, only compliments for this wonderful space a few meters from the beach. We'll be back for sure!! Dona Terezinha is an excellent hostess, with flexibility and useful information, in addition to being very receptive, polite and darling! The house has close convenience (markets, restaurants and others) and very close to Lagoa, easy travel (by car) to several other beaches besides the Rosa. The house is actually very complete, including fruit in the foot to eat on time! We felt at home and will be back as soon as we can. Super recommended!

We had an amazing weekend at Praia do Rosa! The place is simply magical and super cozy. The giant whirlpool was a highlight in itself, providing incredible moments of relaxation. The bed linen was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made our meals much easier. The hot shower and the impeccable cleanliness of the space made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend it to everyone looking for a special retreat. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Pietro's place is very good, in a quiet place and at the same time close to the center! The pool was clean and the hydro as well, the place is better than the photos! We were in 10 people (5 couples) and we enjoyed the place a lot! Note 10

Charming place with a wonderful view, extremely cozy, without a doubt it was the best trip I've taken with my girlfriend to date, incredible location, connected to nature with all possible amenities, the balcony in front of the room we stayed in is great for having an early morning breakfast seeing the landscape, after just enjoying a day at the beach in pink, which needs no comment regarding the beauty of the beaches.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful and super comfortable, with all the care in the details. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a show apart, providing incredible moments of relaxation. The atmosphere was so cozy that you didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back another time! The Vieja Hacienda is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge! Hosts Lore and Bunny and of course their pets Jimmy, Zara and Pupi, welcomed us very well. Feeling really at home! The farm is perfect for pets, our 2 Borders have had a lot of fun and took advantage of every corner the place offers, especially the Ibiraquera Lagoon. At Vieja Hacienda everything has a history, it makes sense and warms our hearts, so it has become our favorite place to rest and enjoy nature...soon we'll be back!!! Xanda & Lorenzo, Speed & Frida

The space is very charming, extremely clean and very cozy. We felt at home! Great private pet patio. For those who are by car, easy access to the beaches and the center of the city.

My sister and I spent a few days in the house and loved it! It is cooler than in the photos :) Large and cozy space with a beautiful view of the surroundings! The outdoor area is very beautiful and comfortable and is much larger than in the pictures. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen well equipped! Amamos having stayed in Julian's space:)

The stay was super nice, the atmosphere cozy, the cottage was impeccable! Just a recommendation to use the jacuzzi on cold days is to turn it on a little earlier, as it takes a while to warm up. The view is incredible, a great place to relax.

Max was a very helpful and responsive host - he helped us with some timing challenges that we had around check in and check out, and he communicated proactively about things happening in Rosa. Super helpful host!

The place is beautiful and a little isolated. There are many trees that make it a little difficult to see. I missed the soap in the bathroom. The house is small but very comfortable. I felt that it could have used more blankets because it's very cold at night.
