Vacation rentals with a patio in Rosa Norte

The place is simple but very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for simple preparations (it even has an air fryer), the bed is comfortable and the deck has a beautiful view of Rosa Beach. The location is great, both for accessing the beach and the city center. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

We loved the stay! Studio exactly as pictured, new, extremely clean! Alessandro gave all the information about the stay and check-in the week before, making our arrival easy. Great location, close to the center and the beach.

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The space is functional, beautiful (just like the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked great too! It has several windows so it's well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it wasn't a problem, because the air conditioning on hot and the heated faucets saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

Cozy and functional apartment, ample parking, place with lots of greenery, wooded, beautiful, close to everything. Very flexible and attentive host. I recommend the apartment and, when I can, I plan to return.

The apartment is new, well decorated, sunny, with all the modern utensils, a very good shower, a wonderful mattress and a comfortable sofa. With a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and it is still a quiet place. Quiet to sleep. The host Frederico is always in a good mood and attentive. Great experience.

My stay at Simone's apartment was excellent! The space is exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and very well equipped. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. Simone was an attentive host and always available to answer questions, which made me feel even more relaxed during the stay. I would definitely stay in town again! Ahh and she makes GREAT SWEETS!!!!

The accommodation was impeccable from start to finish. Mathias and his partner were attentive and gave us tips on places to make our experience in Garopaba even better. As for the structure of the place, it surpasses what we see in the photos. Everything is very clean and organized, with an incredible view of the mountains and easy access to markets, restaurants and the beach. We barely left and we already want to go back. We had an amazing time, and the accommodation, with all its comfort and the attention of the hosts, was essential to making our summer vacation perfect!

Special place, cozy and with a beautiful view! The accommodation is super new and clean. Maicon was very helpful all the time, which made the experience much more pleasant, we will certainly return and recommend it to friends.

House complete too much!!! To begin, we were very well received, it was possible to do the checking earlier. The house is very close to the centrinho, having everything close by foot. And about 20min from the beach, well ok to walk. Kitchen extremely complete, from air fryer, water filter, coffee maker, nice barbecue, all the rooms tidy and clean!! Swimming pool, outdoor area and wonderful view, we like it!

I would like to say that the house is a paradise in itself and installed in paradise, every detail designed to provide comfort, coziness and peace.

What an amazing place! The house is beautiful, super new, extremely well cared for and equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine. We had a wonderful carnival holiday, and the hosts made us feel even better than in our own house. It was undoubtedly an amazing stay! The hosts are exceptional people, always attentive and helpful, which has made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the house offers all the comfort and convenience. Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean, everything well arranged, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too many rules for use, but these are condominium rules. As far as the host's responsibility is concerned, everything was excellent!

The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The space provided by Matheus is roots, but very cozy. In the heart of Rrugem beach, a treat for outings at night. It is the perfect type of stay for those looking to meet new people and new experiences. Matheus was very receptive and we were very comfortable even with our dogs.
