Vacation rentals with lake access in Rosa Norte

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Amazing experience, complete and very comfortable house. The place where it is located is incredible, a place of peace and tranquility! Rangel and his whole family are amazing hosts and people. His father, who lives in one of the houses and takes care of the place, is a spectacular figure who adds a lot to the experience, always very friendly and helpful! Take the time to chat with him and get to know his little antique museum, he certainly has good stories to tell. For those like me who read the reviews before booking, you can book with your eyes closed. At the end of the stay, you'll only be thinking about when you'll be back!

Special place, cozy and with a beautiful view! The accommodation is super new and clean. Maicon was very helpful all the time, which made the experience much more pleasant, we will certainly return and recommend it to friends.

I had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, very clean, equipped and surrounded by nature, offering a lot of comfort and tranquility. The barbecue was a great differential, and infinity pool, heated 24 hours a day, made the experience even more special. In addition, the host was extremely polite and helpful. I recommend it, the place is unique!

The house we stayed in is very beautiful. It has plenty of natural light due to glass, great decoration, as well as being in the midst of nature. The garden is well cared for. Ayanna was very responsive, friendly and provided the information very clearly. We intend to return.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Angelica and her inn are great!!!!! It's a three-block walk from downtown, so you don't need a car at night. During the day you can go to the beach by car, the access to the accommodation is perfect and there is no hill, and you can leave the car in your parking lot. Impeccable. For me the best thing was the general condition of the property, it's new! The impeccable cleanliness and the very convenient location for Rosa and to get to other beaches. We'll be back!

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. Very cozy and private house, photos are the same as the listing. We had great days at your accommodation, well located, close to the beach and downtown. We loved the time we stayed and were made to feel very welcome, Rafa was super attentive to us.

Amazing days, the cabin is wonderful, a structure that met all our expectations, Mr. Ernesto and his wife are very attentive and helpful. The red beach is wonderful, it was not our first stay in the region, it is worth it for those who want comfort and rest.

My family and I created affective memories of this hosting. The house is comfortable, cozy and well cared for. It has excellent kitchen utensils that allow for gastronomic experiences, in addition to comfortable bed and bath linens. All very tasteful and of excellent quality. Luciano and Leandro were very kind and considerate. The location is wonderful with lush nature. There is a deck designed for the Lagoon, where you can have outdoor meals or just look at the beautiful view of the place. I would love to come back again. Thank you very much Luciano!

Excellent place, calm , with excellent location almost in front of Surfland. Gated community of houses, with a 24-hour guard. We feel super secure. House with fenced , being possible to let the pet loose to play in the grass. Internet with excellent signal. Large TV in the living room and comfortable couch; the host did not have cable TV, but as it is Smart TV, NETFLIX and Globoplay were available. Excellent rooms, organized, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is complete, great space!!! Excellent barbecue on the back of the house, very good, with skewers and grill available. This space lacked a pia /balcony next to the bbq but we saw all the plumbing ready and will probably be installed soon. Excellent rest area also in this place, very calm and quiet. We leave there thinking about when we'll be back !!!

The accommodation surprised us. Quiet place in the midst of nature. We were very well received, the house well equipped, clean and everything in great condition. We had a great experience, we loved the stay and we certainly recommend it.

The street where the house is located is without exit (that is, there is no traffic) and the neighbors were very quiet. For those who like privacy, silence and serenity, the place is perfect! The nearby beaches are also super quiet, frequented by families, couples and their dogs. We love it!
