Cozy family cottage near Røros

Cozy cabin with hiking terrain just outside the door. Parking right by the cabin. Well-equipped and light tents. Perfect for family. 1 bedroom with family bunk, double sofa bed and sized bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cozy kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and oven. Living room with TV, fireplace and couch. Exit place with a hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub must be refilled and emptied yourself, and cleaned after use. The cabin is rented on weekends, weekdays, during events nearby, holidays, etc.

The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Lovely refurbished log house apartment from 1913. Bathroom is completely renovated (with underfloor heating) in autumn 2023. Unique mix of new functional decor with authentic timber walls and painted wooden floors. New spacious, practical kitchen. Snow-proof, guaranteed winter atmosphere only 300 meters to driven ski tracks and 500 meters to Røros church/city center with many different offerings. Up to 3 private free parking spaces right outside the apartment with charging option by agreement.

Med 9 sengeplasser, 2 stuer og et stort kjøkken med egen spisebord-sone, er dette tømmerhuset perfekt for deg som er på utkikk etter en romslig og behagelig tilstedeværelse på Røros! I 2.etg er det 2 soverom + 1 barneseng (80cm*180cm) ved trappen. Soverom 1: King Size (150*200cm). Soverom 2: Dobbelseng (140*200cm) og to køyesenger (90*200cm). Husets bad har inngang fra dette soverommet. I uthuset er det 1 soverom med 2 køyesenger (90*200cm).

The apartment is old on the outside, but rebuilt internally (2014). Fits one person or a couple in a 200x140 cm double bed. Comfortable sofa and a 55 wall mounted TV with Chromecast.
