Vacation rentals with beach access in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt – alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Très bel endroit paisible, avec vue sur Mer depuis la chambre, dans ce beau village médiéval. Appartement accessible en bus pour les personnes sans voiture. Très bon accueil, souriant : RDV donné sur la place du village avant de rejoindre le logement. Logement spacieux, à la décoration neutre, canapé et lit confortables. Jolie salle de bain et cuisine bien équipée. Café moulu et quelques condiments mis à disposition. Une petite bouteille de rosé, très appréciable, offerte à l'arrivée ! Pas de balcon mais possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner ou autre sur une petite table, au pied du logement. Possibilité de rejoindre Menton ou encore Monaco à pied, descente assez facile en 45 min (avoir de bons genoux 😉). Pas de superette sur place donc bien penser à faire quelques courses dans la ville basse avant de monter à l'appartement pour éviter les AR !

Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort. Alloggio pulito. Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e comodo per spostarsi nei dintorni. Marco si è dimostrato disponibile, simpatico e attento. Bella vacanza

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s villa in Cap-d’Ail. The home is exactly as pictured. The views over the Mediterranean are awesome, and the outdoor space made it hard to leave the property at all. Mornings on the terrace and evenings with a glass of wine were a great. Corinne was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She clearly cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail of the home and her communication. The location is ideal — a short drive or walk to Monaco, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

Stedet var veldig fint. Utsikt fantastisk. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig område, kun ca 10 minutter å gå til stranden. Som regel ledig parkering langs veien, men Sami ordnet også at vi fikk leie parkering innendørs (dersom det var ledig) Litt få restauranter i gå-avstand, men tog er veldig nær og enkelt å komme seg til byene langs kysten (ca 10 minutter å gå til togstasjonen) Sami var den perfekte vert og var veldig grei å kommunisere med. Han gjorde alt for å hjelpe og vi oppfattet han som utrolig hyggelig, seriøs og hjelpsom. Stedet anbefales varmt. Tips: dersom du ikke liker å sove på sovesofa, kan madrass med fordel legges direkte på gulv.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Cute house in a perfect location.

War alles super! Wir konnten am morgen um 7 Uhr schon einchecken und Alex war immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Es war ebenso alles genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das, das eine Bett zu zweit bisschen zu knapp war aber das hat dann die Aussicht wieder gut gemacht! Wenn es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlägt kommen wir auf jedenfalls wieder :)

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner dans le logement proposé par Yves. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. La vue y est magnifique sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. L'accueil de Yves était très chaleureux et prévenant. Et la localisation, idéale pour découvrir les environs!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und würde sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist sauber, ruhig und es fehlt an nichts. Es gab sogar Wattepads im Bad, Kaffee und Tee, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, etc. Der Balkon ist herrlich und man kann das Meer sehen und hören. Es gibt nichts, was es zu beanstanden gibt. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Excellent séjour chez Stéphane. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc.. Gros + pour le parking sous-terrain. Très bon contact avec Stéphane.
