Vacation rentals with beach access in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Great space, we stayed here for 3 days with our infant child and felt very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Menton.

Super nice apartment and very nice host. Location is fantastic and you can get around very quickly and flexibly on foot and by bus. Unfortunately, you can hear a lot of loud motorcycles at night, but that would be the only negative thing about our stay.

This was one of our best trips in last 5 years. Olivier apartment is so great, lot of space, everything what you need you have it and more important so close by the sea. From the first moment when we arrive, easy to find keys and enter in apartment we feel like home. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable and pillows as well . Terrace is really spectacular, amazing view and amazing space. We had every meal on terrace and enjoy in view. For me as car enthusiast was very important that there is also a garage box so you don’t need to worry for parking, specially if you drive convertible like me. You have couple great restaurants around, shop is right around corner and bakery as well. Beach is no crowded in June and water was good temperature for swimming. Apartment is close to Menton(5min driving) that is must see and Monaco (10min driving). We enjoy so much that for sure we will come back! Very nice peaceful place, with sea views from the bedroom, in this beautiful medieval village. Apartment accessible by bus for people without a car. Great welcome, smiling: appointment given in the village square before reaching the accommodation. Spacious, neutral home, comfortable sofa and bed. Nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Ground coffee and some condiments available. A small bottle of rosé, very nice, offered upon arrival! No balcony but possibility to have breakfast or other on a small table, at the foot of the accommodation. Possibility to reach Menton or Monaco on foot, fairly easy downhill in 45 min (have good knees😉). No supermarket on site so remember to do some shopping in the lower town before going up to the apartment to avoid ARs!

The stay was great! The place is nice, very new. Its walkable to Monaco we did it several times. Host was nice, responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely book again.

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s villa in Cap-d’Ail. The home is exactly as pictured. The views over the Mediterranean are awesome, and the outdoor space made it hard to leave the property at all. Mornings on the terrace and evenings with a glass of wine were a great. Corinne was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She clearly cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail of the home and her communication. The location is ideal — a short drive or walk to Monaco, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

We had an extraordinary time in Massimilano’s Airbnb. His co-host Jean made sure all of our needs were met. The 180 degree view is unbelievably spectacular. This Airbnb is truly in one of the most beautiful settings in earth! The kitchen has everything needed and the apartment is furnished tastefully yet comfortably. We were grateful for the free gated parking right on the premises. We also enjoyed swimming at the gorgeous beach below and the coastal hiking. Highly recommended!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Experience the most authentic rural life in South France.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you take a wrong turn to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is very clean and cozy.The Host's wife and husband are very kind people, and they will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two hunting dogs, I want to take them home ∠ (｀ω´*).

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

I felt very comfortable in the accommodation and would recommend it without reservation. It is clean, quiet and nothing is missing. There were even cotton pads in the bathroom, coffee and tea, tabs for the dishwasher, etc. The balcony is wonderful and you can see and hear the sea. There is nothing to complain about. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Perfect location for visiting Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.
