The apartment, completely restored in 2022, is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Located in the center of the area where gladiators trained before descending into the arena, its two large windows offer a splendid view of the Colosseum. The 75 square meters are well laid out and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests on the first floor of a beautiful building from the early 1900s located in the heart of the Eternal City. The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

You can get there easily from Central Railways Station (Stazione Termini) in few minutes or you will spend less of one hour from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport (by train, taxi or bus) . It is suitable for couples, friends, families with children and for business trips.
