Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rome

The house is adorable and easy to get to from downtown, Berry, or the Rome Tennis Center (all about a 5-10 minute drive). Dog friendly spot that met all of our needs. Fenced in yard was a bonus-I didn’t notice it described when we booked. It was just my husband and I, but the three bedrooms are spacious and would be comfortable for a family or more couples traveling together. Kitchen had all you need to prep meals. Access to the washer and dryer was a plus for us. When we come back, we’ll definitely look to book Rachel’s place. She was easy to communicate with and the check-in/out directions were minimal and easy to follow.

Nice house and comfy beds. The house is on a very busy 4 lane road. It was too loud for us to be outside and enjoy the amenities. The neighboring ATV dealership is literally out the bedroom window, so not as private as we hoped. But, the host was wonderful to work with.

This was our second time staying here and it was absolutely wonderful. This house is a true gem and exactly what we were looking for. Amanda’s place is so peaceful and such an enjoyable stay. The location in Piedmont is ideal for walking everywhere and the view of the mountains from the front porch is just fantastic. We hope to making coming to Piedmont an annual tradition and would love to stay here again.

This is a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The outdoor kitchen was one of our favorite features during our stay. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the property.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Stergiani's place! The kids LOVED the chalk board wall - and the bunk room was perfect for them. The master bedroom was incredibly roomy, the bed was very comfy, and water pressure was great! The back deck and swing were nice places to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and very clean. It was a lovely home to stay in while we were in town for a wedding.

The most amazing hostess! This home feels like home. Janet thinks of everything! This wonderful 1920’s home has classic high ceilings making it feel airy with large rooms and multiple places to enjoy gathering with family or friends. There is no skimping on the decor, it is filled with beautiful period perfect furniture and artwork. It’s so relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to really cook! The bedrooms are also well done. Crisp sheets on top notch beds make for great sleep. Outside is a wonderful covered patio with multiple seating and dining areas and it is absolutely magical with tiny lights, fountain and abundant plants surrounding it. You would never know that it’s only a few blocks to grocery and dining. What wonderful experience! I will always book this home when I am in the area.

The space was exactly as described and perfect for our stay as we were playing baseball in Lakepoint. Daniel is super friendly and responded immediately to my request for the temp to be lowered. (it was on 70 but I am a big guy so I wanted it a couple degrees cooler). Would def stay again if in the area

My stay at Gregory’s Airbnb was phenomenal! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gregory was an outstanding host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Casandra is so sweet and obliging. The space was adorable inside and out. I was able to take off on my walks from there to the square and beautiful streets. Sessions Stand coffee shop is next door and so pleasant. Will stay there again.

This place was amazing, highly recommend! We were able to roam around on their 92 acres care free, and we visited some local shops. The host was so amazing to talk to and told me a little bit about the land and history which always makes things so much more personal. We are planning a trip back as we speak. It's so nice to be away from the hustle but still have such amazing things to do around the area.

Claire and Bryan had the most absolutely adorable cottage ever. They’ve literally thought of everything from dishes, to hot plate and silverware, to coffee and creamer (plenty as well). They were so quick with responses and sending welcoming messages I was so wowed. I took away ideas for a future build even. The style and comfortability was so homey!!! I will be visiting again when we go back to visit family! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great host, great location! Quiet and beautiful area just close enough to Atlanta. Felt comfortable from the very beginning and everything was as described. Would love to stay at this location again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He was always quick to respond to any questions or requests, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His attentiveness and helpful attitude truly stood out and made a big difference during my stay. I highly recommend booking with him you'll be in great hands!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

We stayed at the condo for a PBR tournament in Emerson. The location was about 30 minutes from field but gave us several activities to do when he was not playing. Host provided great communication. It is a large community and very private. Does take a little bit to find activities.

The unit was perfectly located in downtown Woodstock with a very easy walk to all the amenities and activities of the downtown. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The electrical fireplace being turned on upon arrival was a very nice touch. Our only issue was created by us. We accidentally locked the door handle when walking out. We had left the car keys in the unit during our walk. Upon returning and opening the deadbolt with the keypad we found that we had locked the handle. Since there was no key provided we were locked out of the unit without our car keys. We reached out to our host at 9:45 AM. We didn't hear back until about 6:30 PM. By this time we had worked through AirBNB to get a locksmith to the unit. AirBNB fully reimbursed us the cost of the locksmith. I say the above only to provide a note that if you stay in this beautiful unit be careful with the door handle lock. AWESOME STAY!

Very quiet location. Close to The Spires so able to get over easily to visit my Parent living there!

Quaint neighborhood— tucked away yet close to many amenities…shopping groceries parks gym etc. Short drive to I-75. The space is as described. Anna was very responsive & provided clear access instructions as well as recommended restaurants upon my arrival. Was VERY grateful for that since I checked in kinda late & was exhausted & famished. Lemongrass (Thai cuisine) didn’t disappoint 💜. Ample parking, washer/dryer convenience, large shower great water pressure…spacious closet & private access (separation from the main house) are some of what I loved most about the space.

Great spot for my son's travel ball tournaments - close to all the fields and close to shopping needs. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults. Thanks!
