With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The doorman, Martin, was especially kind and accommodating—his friendly presence really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed walking around the area, and when we needed to get farther, Ubers were easy to order and arrived quickly. The space itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It did get a little stuffy at night, but thankfully there were fans provided, which helped a lot. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay—would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect spot as a solo woman traveler. It was close to everything and I always felt safe walking alone. The space was exactly as pictured. The building itself was quiet and so was the street it is located on. Eduardo had clear instructions and was a great communicator. I will stay there again when I return to Mexico City.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is big and can accommodate a lot of people. Watch out for the fees, though. Late check-in is $25, and there is a charge if there are more than four of you. The place is in a good, safe neighborhood on a dead-end street.

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

Maria Luisa's place is a gem. And so is she! The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and well appointed. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked with cooking needs. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, near numerous restaurants, with a large grocery store one-half block away, and a subway stop within 5 minutes walk. All in all, a wonderful place from which to explore Mexico City. Maria Luisa is truly a great host, she obviously cares about her guests and to make their stay enjoyable. As an example, this is the only AirBnb location where we found a first-aid kit in the bathroom. Maria Luisa obviously is focused on her guests' comfort . She is very responsive, and is proactive in providing guests with information. There was an earthquake drill during our stay. She took the time to warn us, so we would not be alarmed when it happened. We greatly enjoyed out stay and definitely will select this place again when we return to DCMX.
