It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed

Enjoy your morning coffee in the kitchen after a good night's sleep as you prepare your day's adventure around the neighborhood. After a day touring the city, relax and unwind with a movie or a good book in a cozy armchair. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS Both rooms are spacious and more important, it has super comfty beds. Sheets are very soft! Bathrooms are equipped with high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels are very soft and there is a hair dryer and a first aid kit. You will have complete private access to the entire apartment, which is fully equipped with high quality furniture, everything you need to cook, eat and drink. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, parties, etc... Historic downtown neighborhood which has been elegantly modernized. Surrounded by art galleries, markets, and restaurants, it neighbors Condesa and La Juarez. La Roma is known as one of the two culinary centers in town. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station just across the street. Feel free to water the plants once a week. The building has 24 hour security and doorman.

Beautiful Hideaway in Historic Building Across from the Park

Bask in the tranquility that this rear-facing apartment in a picturesque historic building delivers. Take in the wonderful local artwork and décor throughout. The modern interior is charming and bright, offering a skylight and two balconies. No elevator. The property is in a historic building however the apartment is fully updated including a complete makeover of the kitchen and bathroom, maintaining the charm and style of the building. This rear facing unit on the top floor is quiet and calm. Skylight and 2 balconies provide natural light. Because of the age of the property, there's no operating lift. King-size bed, washing dryer machine; dishwasher; security box; Mac computer; Bose speakers dock for iPhone; coffee maker; microwave; electric kettle. And new, faster internet service. I live in the area. I will be available to meet guests and welcome them at their arrival, and available throughout their stay for any questions or recommendations. Bohemian, artsy, and eclectic are common descriptors of the Roma Norte, but it's also leafy, residential, and almost European in flavour. The boulevards, parks, plazas, and cafés that punctuate the area are perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. It’s very practical to move around in this area of the city, you can bike; you can walk; you can take the subway or the Metro bus.

The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, a TV room with a sofa bed, a new and equipped kitchen, WiFi, a dining room, a bathroom, and a roof garden overlooking Reforma and Chapultepec. The best restaurants, parks, galleries, shops and tourist and cultural attractions are in the area. Ample space, high ceilings, wide windows that open to the balcony. Wood floors, bunch of light. Relax yourself on the sofas. Blue sky and green the trees and plants in the apt.
