Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the beautiful courtyard. Someone is always available. * This unit is located in the historic Gastown. Please make sure to research the area prior to make sure it's a good fit for your stay!* Since the pandemic there have been some changes to the surrounding neighborhoods and we’d like to suggest that when you go out you head in the north/west direction of the loft as that’s where youll find the great cafes, shops, restaurants etc. Going south/east can lead to some homeless encampments that the city is working to resolve. We are truly happy that you are considering your stay with us. We ask that you please treat our space with respect and care as you would your own home. Please recognize that this building is not a hotel so policies and rules must be strictly enforced: -No Smoking or Drugs inside the unit or building. Smoking inside the unit will forfeit your deposit. -No Filming or Photoshoots inside the unit or in the building. -No Parties! To respect our neighbors you are required to keep the noise level to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM and are strictly enforced. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby for a good loud time! -No locals or staycations. It’s with a heavy heart that I must announce that my strata has decided to disallow short term rentals to locals. Too many devastating disruptions have occurred by way of parties, etc. -No Unapproved Guests. Only registered Airbnb guest/s approved during booking are allowed to stay overnight. -Pets will be considered, but please inquire before booking. -Gastown is a gentrified area with an active homeless population not far away. Although the neighborhood is safe and trendy, with an abundance of beautiful and interesting places to eat, drink and shop, I advise that you know your level of comfortability with this type of demographic as there will likely be cross over. -Gastown is a bustling neighbourhood and there is potential for street noise to make its way into the apartment. We offer earplugs and a white noise machine but if you’re an extremely light sleeper please consider this prior to booking. -Also, I DO NOT have onsite parking. There is a parkade across the street wth 24 hour access and security but rates apply. I strongly advise that you don't leave any valuables in cars. Thanks for looking! -Enjoy your stay!
