Dome vacation rentals in Rocky Mountains

I booked this place for my bachelorette and it was perfect for 7 girls! The place is small enough that you don’t feel excluded if you’re in the kitchen or bedroom but large enough that you can have your own private space. The king beds were very comfortable and great for sharing. We did wine tours and everything we did was within 10-20 minutes from the house. The location is stunning! There is outdoor seating, I think the one thing this house could add would be a patio set and fire place. But overall the place is perfect, I’m so happy with the weekend we spent here and hope to come back in the future!

We stayed with Rosalyn and enjoyed a wonderful dinner with her. The entire experience was exceptional. The Hogan was stunning and truly the highlight of our trip. Rosalyn was warm, welcoming, and shared valuable insights about Navajo culture. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We highly recommend booking—10 out of 10!

Stayed here with 3 people after an event in the area. Very easy to find, super quiet and beautiful backyard to relax in after a long day. Debby was very communicative and felt accessible. Would recommend and stay again if it’s in the cards!

The geodome is a unique stay. The cabin was comfortable and and well-styled. An added bonus is that there's plastic kid-friendly bowls, plates, and cups so we didn't need to worry about our young ones breaking anything. The open layout was ideal for our family to socialize while cooking and there's a cute play area upstairs with toys for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to soak in the stars a night next to the fire pit. Maria was super responsive to all of my messages (responded in a few minutes), which was helpful when I couldn't turn on the washer/dryer since the breaker had tripped. Maria helped me locate the electric panel to flip the breaker and there wasn't any further nuisance tripping. We enjoyed staying at Maria and Jared's geodome and would come back again!

The sauna was a welcome bonus, and we enjoyed our time greatly. One tip for future guests - don’t think it snows that much in Lund, but if so, suggest to bring an AWD or 4x4; local country roads can get a little a hairy. Thank you again Roisin!

I live locally, but had guests in town and needed more space. I found my Goto from now on. What a gorgeous home, and a stunning location. The amenities were top-notch, and it was so well appointed, in such a thoughtful way -and with little notes if you need help figuring out how to work something! Magical is the best way to describe our stay at this gorgeous cabin. From check in to check out, everything could not have been more perfect and we vacation a lot. The house itself is so AMAZING! They literally thought of everything you could possibly need or want. The cabin was perfectly decorated. The kitchen was stocked more than any other rental we have ever stayed in too. The ice cream shake machine, Traeger, jacuzzi, sauna, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing dock, and most of all the beautiful setting, made our stay beyond perfect! You literally only need food & drinks to stay here. The owner was always so prompt at answering questions. Plus they provide a very easy to use online guide with details about everything in and around the house, complete with instructional videos. We thought this was a very nice touch! Stay at this cabin. The setting is so gorgeous, it’s like out of a movie.

The dome is a real sanctuary and the land around it - with its horses, cows, and donkeys - is peaceful and restorative. Carol and Thahn were wonderful hosts - great communicators and made us feel right at home - wish we could have stayed all summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Mysen’s dome. It was a perfect retreat during a cross-country road trip. The unique space is a minimalist’s dream! The location feels remote and peaceful, while still being a 20 minute drive away from groceries and restaurants, and a 50 minute drive from Denver.

This was the most beautiful camping experience. All you have to do is show up, they thought of every aspect and provided the most amazing setting. I was just in awe of waking to a view of the river and all its beauty. Thank you for sharing your land with us! to experience.

Amazing stay! I went for just one night and it was so worth it. Sheila is quick to respond when needed, we had issues with check in and she helped so fast and was so kind as well. The outdoor kitchen is clean and a fun addition to have too! Can’t recommend enough for a quick and easy getaway.

Booked this place for a quick getaway and I loved it . The area is very peaceful and the fireplace was such a great touch especially since it gets really cold at night. I will definitely be booking here again.

We had a fantastic time staying at this adorable dome home. Alex was great about communicating with us. It was so fun sitting on the deck listening to all the birds, seeing a baby moose and stargazing.

The stay was fantastic. It was a very peaceful getaway and I only wish we could stay longer. My fiancee and I loved the hot tub and the overall vibe of the dome. The lord of the rings stuff was fun. We ran into a minor issue out of their control when we arrived and the host solved it immediately. Can't ask for better service than that! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely getaway. If you're into mountain biking, Carpenters Bypass is close by.

We had an amazing night in the dome tent! Enjoyed a fire with s’more’s in the evening and coffee by the fire in the morning. Beautiful spot and very close to town and Hurricane Ridge! Highly recommend!

Wendy & Alan's place is a lovely retreat. It was a very peaceful way to spend a couple days among the redwoods. There's tons to do in the area, both in nature and in town. Some of our favorites were going down to Goat Rock Beach where the Russian River lets out to the sea and waving at the harbor seals, and browsing at the Piknik Market on Main St in Guerneville (which also serves a mean cup of coffee.) We loved Pat's International on Main St so much that we came back for lunch after going there for breakfast. The kitchen at Wendy & Alan's place was well equipped, and watching movies on the big screen with a projector was a treat. Wendy & Alan were friendly and communicative throughout. If you're looking for a little bit of everything, this is a great place to get it!

Exactly what I was looking for! A unique stay with a beautiful view. A great spot outside of Sequoia National Park, perfect for staying at before driving back to the Bay Area.
