Our small family farm is conveniently located 10 minutes from Interstates 81/64 and historic Lexington, Virginia. The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

This second story room within a brand new home has a gorgeous view. You will feel peaceful and relaxed within the quiet of the home. Enjoy your private bath, and our lovely kitchen, front deck, laundry room, dining room and family room. The bedspread may look different than pictures. Because we watch ALL linen each time a guest visits, some comforters have been worn out. You have three adults on the 28 acres here. At least one will be available to help at all times!
