Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo delizioso appartamento, ben curato nei dettagli, comodo e fresco. Appartamento proprio sulla spiaggia con vista spettacolare. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La casa di Francesco è meravigliosa, lui e la sua compagna ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e estrema disponibilità, fornendoci anche local recommendations di ristoranti e stabilimenti. Il giardino è ben curato e avvolto da un’atmosfera estremamente peaceful, la mia cagnolina ha gradito molto:) La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per trascorrere dei giorni di tranquillità, ci torneremmo volentieri!

Wunderbare Lage im wunderschönen Giglio Porto. Am Puls im kleinen Hafen mit immer angenehmen Tönen von Meer, Möven, Schiffen und dem ruhigen Treiben auf der Stasse. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom lauschigem kleinen Balkon. Der Kontakt mit Mario war immer sehr verbindlich und unkompliziert. Die Tips für die Insel haben wir erwandert und kulinarisch genossen - die Gastronomie ist ein Genuss! Wir freuen uns sehr auf ein nächstes Mal.

wir hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu wohnen, und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, falls es Fragen oder Anliegen gab. Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! wir sind einfach begeistert von der Wohnung

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Dieses kleine "Steinhaus" ist ideal für 2 Personen. Bei der Lage - ok, kann man unterschiedlicher Meinung sein. Einerseits wunderbar gelegen, auf der anderen Seite "abgelegen". Richtig Privat, schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen. Leider ist der Zugang zum Meer beschwerlich, entweder sehr steil - nichts für ältere Leute, oder alles Privat, abgesperrt durch Tore. Die "Privatbucht" mit Strand, Bar und Restaurant ist sehr schön und auch sehr gutes Essen. Die Leute sind sehr nett. Aber auch nicht garade einfach zu erreichen. Wir waren 11 Tage da, haben jeden Tag kleinere Ausflüge mit gutem Essen verbunden. Einmal wollten wir zum Meer und sind dann fast 2 Stunden in den Bergen unterwegs gewesen, z.T. Naturstrasse, da alle Zugänge zum Meer hinab durch Tore verschlossen waren. Das ist etwas, was uns sehr geärgert hat. Einkaufen, Restaurants in Porto S.Stefano ca. 7 Km entfernt, kein Proplem. Sehr schönes Hafenstädtchen. Aber es war ein schöner Aufententhalt. Negativ; Total von Mücken zersto P.S.

Antonella è stata gentilissima e disponibile sempre, una perfetta padrona di casa. Il posto è ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura. i nostri due cani, non proprio piccini e gestibili, sono stati accolti con attenzione e amore, con uno spazio tutto per loro. Non avremmo potuto volere di più.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war der direkte Zugang zum See wo man sehr Privat liegen konnte. Die Hunde die wir mit hatten wurden herzlich empfangen und durften auch mit ins Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Haus an einem tollen See wo wir gerne wieder hin kommen.

Siamo stati ospitati da Andrea in maniera gentile e celere. Ci ha dato la possibilità di prendere possesso dell'appartamento in anticipo e questo ci ha aiutato molto. Stessa cosa x lasciare casa senza fretta. Appartamento comodo e grandi spazi. Ci è piaciuto tutto. Ancora Grazie🙏🏻

Ottimo soggiorno! Alloggio situato a pochi metri dal porto, in una zona tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti, da cui é facile spostarsi a piedi per visitare alcune spiagge della zona, vicinissimo alla fermata del pullman. Stanza pulita e corrispondente alla descrizione, presenza di un frigo/freezer indispensabili durante la stagione estiva. Host reattivo,gentile e disponibile per consigli della zona. Check-in/out semplicissimo con possibilità di deposito bagagli. Consiglio!

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Cristiana è stato splendido. L'arredamento in legno pieno di carattere, la pulizia perfetta e l'eccezionale vista, unica, sulla caletta del Saraceno ne fanno un posto ricco di fascino e magia. La casa, nella sua semplicità perfettamente in linea con lo spirito di un'isola meravigliosa, è dotata di tutto quello che serve e non ha neppure un angolo che non sia pieno di calore. Quando siamo arrivati ci è sembrato che un amico avesse lasciato la sua casa, molto amata, pronta per noi. Unico consiglio, tappi per le orecchie in alta stagione per chi fatica a dormire senza un silenzio assoluto: il rumore del mare la sera e la mattina è un lusso che ci mancherà ogni giorno, ma capita che di notte qualcuno si faccia un bagno schiamazzante nella caletta sotto casa. Consigliamo comunque caldamente questa casa, anche per la vicinanza al porto in cui ci sono svariati negozietti e ristoranti e da cui partono taxi boat, autobus e taxi condivisi per girare l'isola

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Super Unterkunft, vor allem mit Kleinkindern. Spielzeug war vorhanden (Duplo, etwas Playmobil, Brettspiele, Puzzle, Roller). Heizung war sehr angenehm (März/April). Sehr helle Küche/Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt/Burg, Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Küche war super ausgestattet (zb mit Pürierstab). Leider war die Waschmaschine kaputt (das war eines der wichtigsten Kriterien bei der Suche nach einem Appartement) , was sehr nervig war, da wir nicht so viel Kleidung dabei hatten und so etliche Male in den Waschsalon mussten. Pietro hat sich aber sehr schnell um einen Techniker und dann eine neue Waschmaschine gekümmert. Für die nächsten Gäste sollte also alles passen 😊 Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Pietro für den schönen Aufenthalt!

soggiorno di 1 settimana nella piccola dependance: all'inizio un po' dubbiosa (regalo di compleanno a sorpresa) ma già dal 2° giorno estasiata dal posto incantevole, fresco e curato del giardino adiacente, dove ogni sera mi deliziavo con la birretta o il caffè, sulla chaise lounge. il monolocale si è rivelato molto funzionale e con tutti gli accessori giusti e, soprattutto, funzionanti; la doccia - anche se a muro - aveva il giusto getto confortevole sulla pelle arrossata; non siamo riusciti a svegliarci mai presto da quanto si dormiva bene, e poi che dire della caletta della Soda a 1 minuto di cammino con tunnel privato dove ho visto alcuni dei migliori tramonti di quest'anno? un grazie particolare a Lucia che molto discretamente ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza, ed ha sopportato il mio essere un pò troppo "invadente"; e vorrei ringraziare anche Giancarlo per tutte le storie del posto e i consigli utili per spiagge e ristoranti un soggiorno delizioso che non dimenticherò! Fantastische Lage. Toller Blick. Direkter Zugang zum Meer - steinig aber gut machbar. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit TOP. Fussweg zur Stadt. Giulias Eltern leben im Haus und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen! (Im Nebenhaus finden umfangreiche Bauarbeiten statt, das läßt sich nicht vermeiden.)
