Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

I stayed with my family in this lovely apartment, well cared for in detail, comfortable and fresh. Apartment right on the beach with spectacular views. I highly recommend it.

Francesco's house is wonderful, he and his partner welcomed us with kindness and extreme helpfulness, also providing us with local recommendations for restaurants and establishments. The garden is well maintained and surrounded by an extremely peaceful atmosphere, my dog really enjoyed it:) The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days of tranquility, we would gladly come back!

Wonderful location in beautiful Giglio Porto. On the pulse in the small harbor with always pleasant tones of sea, gulls, ships and the quiet hustle and bustle on the street. Very nice view from the cozy little balcony. The contact with Mario was always very binding and straightforward. We hiked and enjoyed the tips for the island - the gastronomy is a treat! We are very much looking forward to next time.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is large, modern and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space to feel completely comfortable. Particularly impressive is the spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea – just perfect for relaxing and ending the day. The landlady was also extremely friendly and always quick if there were any questions or concerns. An all-around great experience – I'd come back anytime! We are simply thrilled with the apartment

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

This small "stone house" is ideal for 2 people. With the location - okay, you can disagree. On the one hand, wonderfully located, on the other hand, "remote." Really private, nice terrace to linger. Unfortunately, access to the sea is difficult, either very steep - not for older people, or all private, closed off by gates. The "private bay" with beach, bar and restaurant is very nice and also very good food. The people are very nice. But also not easy to reach. We were there for 11 days, combining smaller excursions with good food every day. Once we wanted to go to the sea and then we were on the road in the mountains for almost 2 hours, partly on a natural road, because all the entrances to the sea were closed by gates. That's something that really annoyed us. Shopping, restaurants in Porto S.Stefano about 7 km away, no problem. Very nice harbor town. But it was a nice stay. Negative; totally bitten by mosquitoes P.S.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Great stay! Accommodation located a few meters from the port, in a quiet area with excellent restaurants, from which it is easy to get around on foot to visit some beaches in the area, very close to the bus stop. Clean room and corresponding to the description, presence of a fridge/freezer essential during the summer season. Responsive, kind and helpful host for tips about the area. Very simple check-in/out with the possibility of luggage storage. I recommend it!

Book NOW! Incredible stay at Cristianas! You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the waves in the cove. The port is only a few steps away with all restaurants and bars- excellent location! Will be back! Short walk to Cannelle beach which is a must! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Great location to explore the beach, Castiglione and Maremma country side. Safe parking next to the house and easy to reach the beach by feet as well as the city center. Recommended home and very responsive host, thanks!

1-week stay in the small annex: at first a little doubtful (surprise birthday gift) but already from the 2nd day delighted by the enchanting, fresh and well-kept place of the adjacent garden, where every evening I delighted in the beer or coffee, on the chaise lounge. The studio turned out to be very functional and with all the right accessories and, above all, working; the shower - even if on the wall - had the right comfortable jet on the reddened skin; we could never wake up early from how well we slept, and then what can I say about the Soda cove 1 minute walk with a private tunnel where I saw some of the best sunsets of this year? a special thank you to Lucia who very discreetly met all our needs, and endured me being a little too "intrusive"; and I would also like to thank Giancarlo for all the stories of the place and useful tips for beaches and restaurants, a delightful stay that I will not forget! Fantastic location. Amazing views. Direct access to the sea - rocky but easily doable. Facilities and cleanliness TOP. Walk to the city. Giulia's parents live in the house and are very accommodating. Highly recommend! (Extensive construction work takes place in the annex, which cannot be avoided.)
