Lake House with Large Dock/Private Inlet/Boat Slip

Our house is located on the Lake of the Ozarks on a private inlet on the quieter Little Niangua part of the lake. It sits on almost 2 acres of lakefront property with nearly 300 ft of shoreline and beautiful water views, tall trees, and large dock to swim and fish from. It's a great place to reconnect with family and enjoy a quiet getaway. We recently completed a full renovation of our 1950s ranch style home and property which offers everything a family needs for building wonderful memories.

Cabin includes a kitchenette with stove and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. Bath includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. Want to hike? We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Want to golf? We are one lake road over from Kinderhook golf course or Lake Valley golf course.

We loved this spot for our family trip. My teens loved the dock and enjoyed being able to fish at the property. Also, loved the back deck with the table and seating area for evening cookouts. It was such a nice, quiet location, and it was so enjoyable to be away from the touristy area.

Loved staying here with our family for a week away after a busy school year. We enjoyed exploring Lake of the Ozarks and Missouri. This was a great place for respite and connection with our family. Loved the board games and deck to have dinner on each night. We got the kids to do some fun tricks off the dock, too. Cornhole was a fun touch. We all slept great each night. Thanks for the use of your great space!
