Beautiful home with great amenities. The host was responsive and instructions were precise. In a quiet/safe neighborhood with an interesting array of houses. We will definitely stay there again if we need a place to stay while in Beaver Creek.

We had a very comfortable family trip to Ohio, and it was nice to come back and rest at Pamela's place. It suited our family of 4 perfectly, and we felt very much at home with all of the amenities. The yard is nice and big for kids to run around. The Gentile park just a few blocks away is awesome for kids! Great communication from the hosts throughout our stay. Would recommend to family and friends!

Highly Recommended! Beautiful Home! I definitely enjoyed my stay, from the quiet neighborhood, being close to family & all variables. The host, Elsa, was very responsive & accommodating. I felt at home, this place was one of the positives during my stay.

We were in the area for a dog show and Jennifer's place was perfect. She was very easy to communicate with and made the place to feel like home. The house is lovely, bright with charming decor and comfortable furniture. The fenced yard was private and perfect for my dogs. I didn't cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, spices etc. The town of Xenia has lots of shops, supermarkets and breweries. I highly recommend Jennifer's place and would definitely book it again if I'm in the area

Very thoughtful amenities, this AirBnB is a great place to stay… I enjoyed the minimalism of the decor, the little things that were put in there to make it comfortable. It’s worth knowing ahead of time that it’s on a busier street and the upstairs has a window AC (rather than being hooked up to the central air). Neither are a problem, just helpful to know for planning.

This was a perfect spot for bringing family in to Dayton for a graduation party we were attending. Lots of thoughtful extras.

Excellent place to stay for events located in the Dayton area. it's close to expressway and amenities, yet still on a pretty and peaceful street. Parking was close and access to the house after a long drive was simple and problem free. The house is well decorated after a recent renovation, very comfortable and relaxing. It has everything necessary for a respite from a long day of meetings and activities!

Great space with everything we needed. Super clean, comfy beds and linens, and on a quiet street just a block or so from downtown. We were in town for a baseball tournament which was all around Dayton and this house was in a central location just a short drive from everywhere in the area. Downtown Tipp City is such a nice, clean, friendly place. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our third stay at Tamra's place and we once again found everything to be ready for a great stay. If you are bike riding in Xenia, this bnb is perfect! It is close to all five trails off the hub of Xenia Station. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The bike store is a few blocks away as well as a great Mexican restaurant, Los Mariachi's. We also had everything we needed to fix meals of our own at the bnb, including a grill. All in all, this is one of the best bnb's we've stayed at. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is very nice! you stay above the host's garage! you will have a beautiful patio to look out over the backyard. The bed and the couch are in the same room. But it worked out just fine. the couch was very comfortable. the fridge was very nice! can I get over how well located the apartment is. you were right in the thick of the best part of the city and have very easy access to all the trails. The hosts are extremely nice and own a local brewery that is a must go to in Xenia!

Small home, but perfect for 2 people. Clean and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants. I wish there were a few more additional items- there were only a few on paper towels left on the roll and no extra rolls, the hand soap was nearly empty in the bathroom, and the dish soap was extremely watered down. Furniture wasn't very comfortable, but fine since we were out most of the days anyway.

We are repeat guests of James & Debbie's. It's aways been a great place for us to stay. Accomodations and communication with the hosts have always been teriffic! Already looking forward to our next stay!

This space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kiddos! Very clean, safe, comfortable, and accommodating apartment. Paul was an excellent host and offered some great local recommendations. Easy drive to Yellow Springs. We would definitely stay here again as memories were made here in this cozy find! ☺️

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the Loft at Jailhouse Suites. The Loft was excellent and just as described. Hands down my favorite shower! The deck and grounds are surrounded by nature, so peaceful. The owners have great communication and were very kind. Super cute area, definitely eclectic, and beautifully bizarre town filled with little shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

You can’t go wrong staying at this beautiful home. This is by far the cleanest home I’ve stayed in to date. The beds were so comfortable and the linens pristine white & towels looked brand new. No dust anywhere to speak of even the baseboards were clean without that dusty build up & you could walk on the floors without your socks getting filthy. Extra toiletries for the bathroom. Great instructions on checking in, Wi-Fi, garbage, and check out.

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean, quiet , and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the hosts was very easy. It was perfect for our visit to WEC.

This place was the perfect little studio For my daughter and I to stay for her horse show. Took 4 minutes to get to the world equestrian center and only 3 minutes to a gas station and 10 minutes to Kroger or Walmart. Close to everything needed! Had lots of amenities especially a great amount of towels in the bathroom. Cute patio to leave our cooler. Friendly hosts!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
