Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

This is a great 2 bedroom in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to Balboa Island. The car ferry was a fun, old fashioned activity! Would love to come back!

We had a great second stay at Cheryl’s place! She is very accommodating, truly hospitable, and she went out of her way to make our stay excellent. She is so helpful, flexible and kind. It’s an immensely comfortable suite, with everything you need. Would definitely book any time we’re passing through the area again! Thank you!

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Great place and location, even better than looks and described online. A lot of nice touches to make it "cozy" and welcoming. The birds in yard are wonderful to hear especially in the morning. I will definitely stay again in future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Carol's place was great!!! Four adults stayed over night before our cruise. It was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at Graciela’s place! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Graciela was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we loved exploring the area! While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

Kim’s Champagne Retreat was probably the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed in the past 5 yrs..very roomy..clean..the King size bed was amazing and the shower was awesome..amenities were excellent and surrounding neighborhood was QUIET..I was familiar with Upland considering I lived herbal in the late 90’s.. even though I did not meet or see Kim just the appearance and the condition of her guest house said a lot about how she is as a host..I highly recommend her retreat..already gave recommendations to others ..thank you Kim!!

This stay was very comfortable and felt like I was right at home. We stayed the night after a long day at Disneyland and the shower and bathroom were amazing. The linens were very soft and comfortable. The coffee machine was a plus! We loved staying here and will definitely book again when we visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Lovely one night stay! The guest house was much more spacious than the photos conveyed. Suzanne was welcoming and the property was beautiful. I used the pool and the hot tub, got to do some yoga, and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a year. It was peaceful and rejuvenating. I also went for a horseback ride in the morning which made a one day trip extra magical. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way. This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Clean, quiet, private, and situated in beautiful surroundings. And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Faisal's attention to detail in his property is rare, in our experience, and very much appreciated.

Richard’s guesthouse is nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay there. He answered all my questions and even contacted Airbnb to sort something’s out. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

Loved staying at Li’s. She was quick to respond with any questions. Checking in and checking out were super easy. Would love to stay here again when we come back to visit family.

John’s place was exactly what I was looking for, it was extremely clean & spacious. I felt right at home. I was looking for a very last minute Airbnb due to the one that I had originally booked being dirty and John was very quick with his response and allowing me to stay for almost a week. 10/10 would highly recommend. 👍🏻

My stay was just what I needed! The place was immaculate and perfect for my peaceful retreat while dealing with a family illness. I love the sound of the chimes outside the bedroom and the sound of the fountain at the front entrance. I enjoyed my reading time surrounded by the beautiful bookcase. Garrett and Susie were perfect hosts, both responsive and attentive with their correspondence. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful space to unwind, yet be close to a multitude of shops and restaurants! I will be back!!

What an absolutely beautiful home, and just a short walk from the beach and any number of restaurants and shops! Jimmy was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming. This was such a gorgeous haven for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier.
