Our family home is in a quiet leafy part of London with good access to central London. Tooting Bec underground station is a 15 minute walk or 3 short hops on the bus (249 or 319) Travel from the station to London (Oxford Circus/Leicester Square) is approx 15-20 minutes. There is also a bus (319) from the house direct to Sloane Square/King’s Road (close to Harrods/Victoria Station). We are approx 50 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours Heathrow airport (public transport). One hour by taxi.

Bright and sunny double room in our recently renovated home on a quiet residential road in Balham. The room benefits from a private ensuite (and brand new!) bathroom. Balham has easy access to Central London. Balham tube and overground stations are a 5min walk from the flat. Northern line (20mins to Waterloo) and overland train (15mins to Victoria) The flat is very close to central Balham and also between the open spaces of Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common - both a 10min walk away.

Spacious 1 bed flat available for short lets in the Mitcham area. The flat has a large comfy bedroom, living room, fully functioning kitchen and a bathroom. The flat has recently been decorated with clean neutral style and colours. It creates a peaceful environment to work and live in. It has a Nest thermostat. It is barely 5 minutes walk to the Mitcham Eastfields station. Trains go to Balham, Clapham Junction (12 minutes), Victoria (20 minutes), Elephant and Castle and Kings Cross.

Double room with en-suite shower room. Hosted by Kathryn. Wifi, Ethernet port in room, TV, tea and coffee, kettle and fridge. Build in wardrobe and drawer space. Towels, extra blankets and pillows. Non-smoking, no pets (apart from fish). The bedroom has a key lock. The house has an alarm and CCTV in common areas and covering the outside of the property. The borough of Merton is one of the safest in London. Please do not book if you are unhappy with CCTV. It is for safety.

Cosy 2-bedroom home with free parking and WiFi

Just a bus or tram ride away from Wimbledon and walking distance from essential amenities and collier wood tube station, this is the perfect place to stay for if you want to be close enough to Central London (30-mins tube ride) yet in a peaceful, residential area. The guest room is cosy, complete with a double bed and wardrobe, with a south facing window. The kitchen, dining area has a stylish look and open design making it easy to socialise while you cook, if you wish!

3 min walk to tube/subway/restaurants.

A Victorian townhouse, across three floors; with two guest rooms on the first floor. The sitting room and bathroom on the first floor are for the sole use of our guests. The cosy room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table. The Northern line is a 3 minute walk away, and a 25 minute tube journey gets you to Victoria. The area is vibrant and active, but the flat is serene and quiet. The flat also has a garden with a gas bbq.
