John and Lyndall were so accomodating and we had a lovely stay in their beautiful home. Close to everything and immaculately set up!

These owners thought of everything! All the upscale amenities you could want. Plus a kitchen you can really cook in, a fantastic deck, a beautiful view, and an easy walk to town.

Stephanie was such a lovely, welcome host. We were fortunate to have been greeted by her personally when we arrived and she made us feel right at home. The setting for this accommodation is so delightful, completely charming. If you enjoy character and charm of old buildings, you will love it here! It's set amongst a lovely garden and right opposite the stunning and historic Village Green. Westbury is such a quaint little town, there's a great coffee and wine spot a short walk away (Love Lucy Boots) and we enjoyed a meal from the Thai food van by the Village Green on the Friday night. The house itself was very comfortable (once we lit the fire!) Plenty of space, a very large and well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with great linen were some of the highlights. We did think the kitchen could so with a deep clean, in the drawers etc. But everything else was just fine and we really enjoyed the space. We would happily return when in Westbury again, it was great value for money!

This place is an absolute gem! Fabulous location with cafes, restaurants and pubs all walking distance. The house itself is generous in size, modern amenities and tastefully furnished. We’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

What a gem in Launceston! Our three-generation family of 11, first-time visitors from a tropical country, ended our Tasmanian trip perfectly at Ann's place. Arriving on a cold day, we were greeted by a pre-warmed house – so thoughtful! The location near Coles supermarket was incredibly convenient. We frequently stocked up for home-cooked meals, easily prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The house was beautiful, offering abundant space for our large family. The teenagers loved the piano in the first living room, and there was ample room for everyone to relax in the spacious living and dining areas. Our only regret was not discovering the comprehensive manual until our last day (our oversight, despite Ann's mention!). It was packed with her personal recommendations for places and tips. We wish we'd found it sooner! Overall, a beautiful house, a fantastic experience, and Ann was a wonderful host. A perfect end to our memorable Tasmanian adventure.

Lovely heritage home with all the modern conveniences. Beautifully presented. In a great location on the edge of the CBD and everything in walking distance. Close to the Harvest Markets, City Park, Design Tasmania and much more. Loved staying.

Jennelyn’s place was a lovely old home that was beautifully renovated and maintained, very clean and comfortable. We were there for the footy, so proximity to UTAS was a huge plus, although we frequently walked into Lonnie rather than drive, and enjoyed the exercise. Last time we stayed in Lonnie for the footy, the traffic noise was awful, so we really appreciated the quiet location and great nights sleeps we had. Would highly recommend, and we hope to stay there again.

Great location right in the centre of town within walking distance of everything local. Place was very convenient with kitchen and laundry facilities and comfortable bedding. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful cosy home that is close enough to town to make exploring easy, while remote enough to be a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay, we both raved about how comfortable the bed was and we thought the doona was heavenly. It had a great location and was only a few minutes away from a lot of the launnie attractions

Was a wonderful stay! The wooden panels and features throughout the property is absolutely gorgeous, not to mention the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was beautiful and the sauna was a love addition. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone who wants to listen!!!! 1000/10

Sue's place is charismatic and fun. The house is in a great spot, and Sue was a fantastic host, who makes a great breakfast!

Such a comfy place to stay. Felt like home and super convenient as there is Coles 100m away. Nice and quiet as well. Lovely hosts, will definitely recommend this place!
