Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

The Tiny House at Trout Lily Farm

Trout Lily Farm is a beautiful, peaceful six acre hobby farm. The Tiny has its own semi-private area by apple trees and a scenic barn, with its own patio table/chairs, barbecue, and firepit. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.
